My husband and I would like to mention that we are very happy with the services provided by Karen & Darren. Darren was the one showing us the property we are renting now and he was lovely, friendly, and thoughtful to even include information about the area and made us feel very comfortable. Very professional business that made our process pretty smooth and even treated us with a welcoming box with treats. They are also very responsive. We would definitely recommend them.

My partner and I were recently looking for our first home, we found one home we had an interest in that was unfortunately already let by the Chapples, however, they then contacted us regarding the home we are now in. Karen and Darren were both brilliant, they provided as much detail as possible and kept us completely updated during the whole process. They were extremely responsive after we had put our application in for the house, whom got back to us within 3 days to tell us the house was ours. It was a very quick turn around, from viewing the house to moving in within a two week time frame and that was all thanks to them for being so proactive. We 100% recommend using them and we really couldn’t thank them enough for the excellent service in which we received. We contacted this estate agents along with lots of others, we recieved a reply within hours and even some options of houses that were currently on the market, we met Karen at a viewing, the property wasnt right for us but Karen was really keen to understand what we were looking for and how she could help, we were in touch every couple of days from that point and in discussions about a property that Karen and I felt we would love. The process was seamless and Karen reassured us about the referencing and how it all works, we were so excited about the property and it was so nice to have someone willing to discuss details and concerns anytime, I include a frantic 9.30pm email in that! We met Darren during a second viewing and he was really friendly and helpful, this couple really couldnt do enough to make the move as easy as possible, they managed to pull it forward 3 days which involved getting contractors to complete jobs quicker, not easy! On move in day we were given a beautiful bunch of flowers and a card, overall a great positive experience, if they can help they will, I cant thank them enough while I sit here in my new home :)PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

If you want an estate agent that committed to giving a service way beyond your expectations then Chapple Property Management will deliver it. Darren, Karen Chapple sold our leasehold property just before Christmas 2022. Their attention to detail, professionalism and knowledge of all aspects of a complicated sale (especially leasehold laws) went way beyond what I have ever experienced with any estate agent before. Their tireless efforts ensured tenants were hand picked and vetted, tenant issues were communicated with us promptly and resolutions were reached swiftly and and efficiently.
