I can only give nothing but negative reviews for this company, we bought a new house from Lovell in April 2022. The after sales Service from the customer Service team is nothing short of SHOCKING, I formally complained on 22nd January 2023 after numerous verbal complaints came to no avail, they said they would investigate and get back to me, guess what nothing has been received, I have spoken to quite a few people on the estate who have had similar experiences.

What started out as a positive experience with the initial move has been hugely let down by poor customer service. The lack of communication from customer service, after reporting numerous snags has been a disgrace. They have our money and now don't want anything to do with us, typical. To put into context, these issue pre-date Nov 2019 - how frustrating. Awful.
