Very very poor on the rental side, don't return calls or emails, rude and unprofessional staff, clearly lack basic training. They seemed to have a very flimsy grasp of property law

I had the pleasure of dealing with the Gosforth branch very recently. They were excellent - friendly, helpful, efficient. Keri (and Katie) went out of their way to help me in very difficult circumstances. They were sensitive to my needs and went the extra mile which I really appreciated. I would definitely use them again & can't recommend them highly enough.

Honestly have nothing bad to say about them, they were very quick, always kept me in the loop with what was going on and overall just provided a very friendly and helpful service.
