Great service from Helen Williamson at the Low Fell Branch. I am not great with technology and so had been in person to other estate agents in low fell looking for a 2 bed ground floor flat. Pattinsons are so far the only estate agents to be so helpful and help me in person instead of directing me to technology I struggle with.

TrustpilotGood, professional service.
I own 2 rental properties in Morpeth and I've been using Pattinsons on a 'tenant find only' basis for about 2 years. The service is very good and, because everything is paperless, things move along quite quickly. I intend to keep on using their services for the foreseeable future

GoogleExcellent service by Stacey from initial contact about a property to rent. Showed great interest in wanting to advise and support. Ongoing advice and responses have been prompt and very helpful. Jamie provided excellent service on renting the property including advertising and pricing and follow up service. The property is now rented in a very short period of time bearing in mind everything going on. Highly recommended.

She answered my questions, advised me...and I didnt feel forced into any decision.I would definitely use Pattinsons again and would reccommend them to anyone

TrustpilotPattinsons worked wonders!
Pattinsons have dealt with the sale of our property and the whole experience was faultless. Every aspect was slick right up until completion. We had the house on the market within a matter of days, and offers came in almost immediately. From that stage onwards Carol worked so hard to chase solicitors and keep us informed at every step of the way. Thoroughly recommend them!

Beth at Pattisons did a great job at selling our rental flat, she was always available, kept us up to date with progress of the sale and lovely to deal with. The only reason it's not 5 stars as the property took a little longer to sell than I would have liked, but that was no fault of the estate agent. Overall very happy. Thank you :)

TrustpilotBlyth Team Are Best In The County.!
It's the second time I've dealt with the Blyth office, Louise, Linda and Terri all did a fab job. Very professional at every stage, they ensured that the property was sold at the best price for the seller and the vendor - it really was a win-win situation for all. A total pleasure to deal with and I'd have no problems at all in recommending them to others.

We are relocating from the South East to the North Shields area and the whole process of viewing and finding properties has been quite stressful. I’ve been dealing with 4 other agents but Pattinson’s North Shields have been nothing but accommodating and helpful arranging last minute viewings and sending things through quickly. I’ve dealt with both Adam and Ruth and they have made things easy. Totally recommend

Very bad getting back to you about enquiries. Was sent a link to give feedback but when I tried to do this it stated that feedback had already been completed. Mystery!

TrustpilotExcellent service as always.
Very regularly deal with both the team at Washington branch and Charlotte Mason, at head office, for all my residential letting needs. They can never do enough, in terms of keeping in constant communication with progress and carrying out their role professionally and very efficiently. I would not take my business anywhere else.

I can only praise the service I received from Lucy at the South Shields branch. She organised a viewing for me at the last minute, monitored the sale continuously and made the process of buying the house stress free and we were in within 2 months. First class service from a very pleasant and helpful person. Can only recommend very highly.
