Hi Lyubka I have looked into the reason why you would leave a review like this. You applied and were turned down for one of our rental properties. Your partner was working at 2 sisters food group and we had chased for 3 weeks for a reference which was not forthcoming. This is unusual for 2 sisters as they normally reply to reference requests quickly. We later found out that the reason for this was that your partner had left his permanent position at 2 sisters and started a temporary position which he failed to tell us about. You were also in a temporary position doing agency work. The landlord concluded that this was not acceptable to her and turned you down. I understand we did offer to make another approach to the landlord if you could find a guarantor. We completed full applications for you and paid our referencing agency for credit checks on you. Your partner rang yesterday demanding his money back and I have played the recorded conversation back. My administrator Rachel explained that the £120 tenant referencing fee was non refundable and this was made very clear to you on application. We have a signed copy of the receipt which states this. We charge this fee because there is a cost to processing an application, chasing references and we pay for a full credit check on you. This all takes time which I have to pay a member of staff to carry out this work. We have to be very stringent in our checks to make sure we get the best tenants for our client - the landlord. I am sorry you have felt the need to damage my business by writing this review but hopefully I have brought some understanding to the situation.

Hi Andy obviously a 1 star review brings our overall rating down. Can you elaborate on why? Strange that you’ve given so many businesses written reviews however you give us one star and don’t explain why? I’d love to know as you’re certainly in a minority as we strive to give exceptional service. 30/11/22 - so we're two weeks further down the line and this guy hasn't responded - surprise, surprise...must get a kick out of trying to ruin businesses...love a response from you Andy...
