Great first impression but service was very poor. Lack of information and feedback I had to keep chasing up. Disappointed with photos. Went in branch to discuss price decrease. Was left to stand over desk no chairs provided or beverage offered. Make to feel uncomfortable

My property was up with butters john and reeds rains simultaneously and I was messed around by Bjb before I went to Rob at reeds rains and within a week I was signing paperwork and within two I'd moved in.
