TrustpilotEllie in the St.Helens lettings team
I deal with Ellie in the letting team at St.Helens Reeds Rains, she helps me to organise EPC's for landlords on the rental properties. She is always extremely helpful and a credit to the branch.I also used Mike the mortgage advisor at St.Helens Reeds Rains for my first home purchase. He was absolutely brilliant and would highly recommend him.

GoogleNot found our dream property to purchase yet, but all dealings we've had with the Congleton branch have been superb. Also having had properties we were interested in additionally independently valued, we were pleasantly reassured that they were valued at the same price Reeds Rains Congleton listed them at (one of the only agents this occurred at!). Very impressed with the company. Recommended agents.

Bad communication with stupid procedure. i didnt have problems with different agencies and i dont know why they making it so hard to make a deal with them. dont buy/rent with them!!!
Dear Greg,Unfortunately our referencing is dealt with by an external company and the procedure and criteria is set by them. We explained the procedure to you in order to avoid you paying fees which would have been non-refundable in the event of the referencing being declined. If you wish to discuss any further, please get in touch. Ian Jordan, Letting Manager.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
Tell us what you need and we'll put you in touch. Reeds Rains hasn't joined The Trusted Agent yet, so we'll pass your enquiry to them or to up to three other top-rated agents near Congleton.
