I am writing to formally express my disappointment and concern regarding the handling of the recent property transaction. As established, you are not acting as my agents in this matter, and therefore I am requesting that you urgently forward me the contact details of the previous owner. All I was given at your office were the keys, with no further information or support.

GoogleI was delighted with the service I received from Pinkertons, I bought of them before and when I decided to sell, they were my first port of call. The staff are courteous and very approachable and kept me in the loop at all times. I have no hesitation in recommending their services to anyone thinking of selling their home …..

GooglePinkertons, particularly Aimée Porter, has been a pleasure to work with when searching for a property. As a first time buyer, it can be very daunting entering into a world of mortgages. However, Aimée’s attentiveness and friendly approach definitely made me feel at ease. I cannot recommend their service enough, and would happily work with them in the near future.
