GoogleWhat a great experience. Aimee, was there to greet us and show us a lovely little house in comber. She was so attentive and answered every question we had. Ciara was so helpful with the letting process. Guiding us through each step clearly and it was just a brilliant ecperience all around. We had went to many agencies over the past few months and none of them even came close to the treatment we got from Victoria Pinkerton. Highly recommend

GoogleI recently bought my first home with Victoria Pinkerton and I genuinely couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Special shout out to Aimee, Sandra and Lydia! From the very first viewing, Aimee was fantastic. She showed us around and was as excited as we were. At the end of the viewing, she clearly explained the next steps, which made the whole process feel straightforward from the start. Once the property was sale agreed, Lydia and Sandra took over and were excellent throughout. They kept me regularly updated, answered all of my questions and made sure I always understood what was happening. As a first-time buyer, this made a huge difference. Picking up the keys was such a lovely experience. Aimee was there to congratulate us in person, and Sandra also called separately to wish me well, which was such a nice touch. I’d always heard that collecting your keys can feel a bit underwhelming, but their genuine excitement made it a really lovely experience! The team made what could have been a stressful experience, really seamless. I’m so grateful for their help and would highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a home, and especially to any first time buyers!

Special mention to Aimee and Sandra who have been amazing, always at the end of the phone to answer any questions and reassure.The customer service has been excellent and they have went above and beyond. GoogleFantastic support from Christina, Peter and the wider team at Pinkertons when buying a property in Comber. Despite acting on behalf of the seller, they treated me exactly like a valued customer and Christina was tenacious in chasing updates from both solicitors. She kept me updated throughout and was especially helpful when there was a snag to be worked through and it looked like there would be a delay. Couldn’t rate the team highly enough, thanks for all of your support!!

Very warm natured and I felt at ease and not rushed when she was showing me the property, very informative and able to answer any questions i had. So refreshing to meet an estate agent with a great people side, it makes a huge difference. Amy is an asset to Pinkertons. I would definitely recommend this agent to family and friends.

GoogleWe have been viewing a number of properties but Pinkertons have been a pleasure to deal with. After sending a request to view the property they made inital contact very quickly and were very accommodating and helped us arrange a time around work. They also checked in with us on the day to check we were still.comfortable viewing. Aimee met us at the property, she was so friendly and welcoming. We are 1st time buyers and she made us feel valued - that no question was to big or too small or silly! She was very knowledgeable and guided up around the house with no pressure or awkwardness. We have met a number of estate agents but she has by far been the nicest! Look forward to hopefully dealing with Pinkertons in the future!

From Victoria at the start, Aimee in the Comber office and Nikki guiding me through the house moving process - all have made selling as easy as it can be. Great contact and follow up throughout with nothing being too much hassle. I would definitely recommend using their services.
