In these somewhat difficult 'covud' times I have both bought and sold through Gordon & Rumsby. They have been both proactive, and extremely efficient, and never letting things get on top of this selling and buying marlarky. Which desparately needs an overhaul, without G&R., things would have gone haywire, for sure. Buying and selling is never easy, and they do their utmost to make it as easy as can be allowed. We moved to Seaton in April 2022 and can honestly say that without Gordon & Rumsby we probably still would be in our old house! All the staff there are so good to deal with. They all know the buying / selling process so well, being both very professional and helpful. Nothing was too much. Our main contact was Debbie who did so much work to tie everything up and get solicitors talking to each other and finding solutions to problems caused by others in the chain where there was very little communication. I would thoroughly recommend Gordon & Rumsby of Colyton for either buying or selling your home. You get a dedicated team who are both proactive and caring; looking out for your interests from the beginning to the end of the process. Other staff we had contact with were Isabella and Christine who were both very helpful. Gordon & Rumsby have your interests at heart and provide a sterling service. First Class!!
