GoogleMortgage Property have been great, we reached out to them during challenging circumstances with rentals as it was June 2020 (pandemic height) but they still came to our rescue and found us a great tenant. We have since changed tenants and also have another great tenant. Their communication is efficient and effective and they have gone above their duties to assist us with other matters along the way - nothing ever seems to much effort and we know where we stand with our property which is much appreciated. Mortgage property are quick with maintenance issues and rent is paid without fail. BIG THANK YOU

GoogleAfter moving from another Letting Agent due to issues, I wasn't expecting much. I dealt with Mortgage property for the sale of another property and were really happy with their service, so I thought I would give their managed letting service a try. Been happy from the outside, no issues, always informed of what is happening on a monthly basis and most of all getting paid on time! Would highly recommend. Excellent Customer Service!

GoogleSelling your house can be nerve wrecking at the best of times and in the current climate with the uncertainty of commercial markets I cannot stress enough how all that worry was taken off our shoulders by Kate Pedenk and staff at m and p. Always quick to respond to enquiries and use their own initiative to progress the sale honestly cannot praise them enough. No nonsense they just do the business.
