GoogleWe recently completed the sale of our late mother’s house and cannot recommend Mortgage/Property highly enough. From start to finish, their professionalism and care made a difficult process so much easier. They handled every one of the numerous viewings, arranged for the Energy Performance Certificate, and kept us fully informed with weekly updates. Any queries were referred to us immediately, ensuring transparency and peace of mind throughout.
Their dedication, efficiency, and genuine support gave us confidence at every stage. We are truly grateful and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property.
Thank you Daniel and James.

GoogleMyself and my wife had used Mortgage/Property for over 10 years as tenants before buying our first home and I can say Kate and her team are all very lovely and very helpful people. Anytime we had a problem with or house we called them and the problem was sorted within a few hours or couple of days depending on the issue. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent a home the team are always willing to help as much as possible without any problems. Many thanks from William and Courtney

GoogleKate , James and team were recommended by my sister (hate to admit she was right lol).
From the start James, Kate and the team were excellent. I was kept fully informed throughout the process.
I cannot recommend these guys enough. Nothing was ever too much bother even though I probably done James head in he was nothing but professional and courteous. Nothing was too much bother and when I went into the office the staff were very courteous and helpful.
A huge thank you to James,Kate and the team.
Furthermore the fees charged were way less than the competing estate agents (so I had a very very happy husband as well lol).
So thanks guys for making what is normally a very stressful situation....a very smooth situation.

GoogleI bought my first house through Mortgage and Property 18 years ago and when it came to selling it I contacted Kate again. I hadn't sold before so I had no idea what to expect. Kate was fantastic at keeping me right with all the documentation that I required so that when I finally sold I had everything ready. Both Kate and James took care of all viewings for me so that I didn't have to keep travelling up to the house. They were easy to contact if I had any queries and kept me fully updated throughout the process. I would highly recommend and would not hesitate to use again!!

GoogleBest Estate Agent in town. (Speaking from experience with several other sub standard agents over the years) I can truly say Mortgage Property is the best. Truthful and professional. I really felt that Kate was going above and beyond for my needs in selling my property. It was only on the market a few weeks before sale agreed and no messing about. First class. Thankyou Kate.

GoogleWhen selling our house we wanted to ensure we picked Local attentive , responsive and friendly estate agent who looks after the buyer and seller equally. Making the Buying and selling experience as easy as it should be. James @ MP&P delivered this and much more , with a great valuation experience and top of the range sales photos by a photographer included in the service agreed. James was constantly communicating with us weekly and sometimes daily updates on viewings and feedback. Look no further than Mortgage and Property in Coleraine for friendly local estate agents you can count on !

GoogleI am happy to recommend James and his talented team for your property sale. James handled the sale of my house and also negotiated the purchase of my new house with professionalism, courteousness and a sense of humour when things went a bit awry as they tend to do sometimes. His communication during the whole process was excellent and I can absolutely recommend them to you if you are considering a move!

GoogleA great example of why independent local agents are sometimes the best choice. We could not have had a better service than what we received from James and his team. An honest broker acting in the best interests of seller and buyer with insightful local knowledge. Understanding and efficient in terms of dealing with solicitor queries and communicating back to us. They made our experience of purchasing of a property in Coleraine a very positive one. Thankyou!

Google5 star treatment from start to finish. From the first phone call Kate was nothing but helpful, she personally picked me up from my home and drove me to the building site which is now myself and my fiancee's new home. No matter what the problem was, one phone call to Kate and she did everything she could to help and always returned calls and kept us up to date with every detail. Marie and Lucy from the mortgage department were also very helpful. We highly recommend mortgage property and will definitely use their services again in the future if we decide to move. Thank you for everything !

GoogleFrom start to finish James and Daniel gave 100% to solve all issues that came up with our house purchase. If it hadn’t been for their knowledge and support I don’t think we would’ve got into our dream home. They both went above and beyond and I couldn’t recommend these two and their company enough. If you want to move house these two guys will find every viable solution to any problem that you may encounter and keep you informed through every step of the way.

If i enjoy this privilege all alone, it shows how ungrateful I am because I got this opportunity recommendations from a friend I was told that every achievement begins with a decision to try. Ignorance destroy so many opportunities, I’m a victim but I was convinced by the right person, I invest $1500 with Alicia Malone, I earned $15000 as profit and ever since I have been trading with her she has brought nothing but happiness into my home. You can also trade with her company now.Email: aliciamalone770@gmail.comWhatsApp: +1218 394-2379
