Kate and James handled the sale of our house within Coleraine. The service was a good professional but personal service. Once our house went on the market they steadily kept lining up viewers and the house then sold within two weeks. Would highly recommend Mortgage and Property

Kate and James sold my house for me and I can honestly say they were fantastic. House sold so quickly we hadn't even started looking for somewhere to move to but Kate came up trumps and found us somewhere very quickly. Can't praise them enough

Extremely pleased with the professionalism of mortgage property coleraine, Kate especially could not have been more helpful. Within viewing our "forever" home with Kate we had sale agreed on the same day! Definitely 5* to these guys, couldn't recommend them enough, not forgetting the mortgage advice team at property pal , very happy family off now to collect our keys for our new home. Thank you

I was initially looking to view some property to purchase but needed to rent in the mean time. The whole team worked together for me to get a suitable short term rent and we viewed quite a few although none were what we wanted to buy. The professionalism of Kate, Jackie and James I would highly recommend them
