GoogleAfter moving from another Letting Agent due to issues, I wasn't expecting much. I dealt with Mortgage property for the sale of another property and were really happy with their service, so I thought I would give their managed letting service a try. Been happy from the outside, no issues, always informed of what is happening on a monthly basis and most of all getting paid on time! Would highly recommend. Excellent Customer Service!

GoogleSelling your house can be nerve wrecking at the best of times and in the current climate with the uncertainty of commercial markets I cannot stress enough how all that worry was taken off our shoulders by Kate Pedenk and staff at m and p. Always quick to respond to enquiries and use their own initiative to progress the sale honestly cannot praise them enough. No nonsense they just do the business.

GoogleAbsolutely terrible try to push tennants out before final contract date …arrange for “new potential tennants” to view the property you are letting 16 days before contract is finished and you are in the middle of packing would definitely never recommend unless you want to be violated
Hi James, thank you for your feedback and sorry you feel this way. However, we would just like to note that we were simply following the landlord's instruction to try and secure a new tenant for the property as quickly as possible to minimise any vacant periods. This is outlined in our tenancy agreement - clause 28, which I have copied below for your reference. ' 28. The Tenant shall allow the demised premises to be inspected by prospective Tenants during the time any Notice to Quit is in operation.' Hopefully we are able to arrange a suitable time in the near future and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
