We moved house with John Alexander three years ago and they were truly excellent! We had help, support and encouragement at every turn and were kept informed throughout every stage of a very difficult move. They know the area and their job inside out and in my opinion no other estate agent can compare with their sound knowledge and aptitude for bargaining. They were worth every penny of their commission.

Lost out on our dream house because the agents didn’t take any of our details when we requested a viewing. Our viewing was cancelled the day before due to a vendor accepting the first offer on a property. I feel if the vendor had known of our position, our viewing could have gone ahead and we would have made an offer.

Worse letting agents going, my boiler has been condemned for 2nd year on the trot which means it’s been turned off so I have no hot water etc. They know about it but when you call to talk to them no one is in office for the day. How can there be no one to deal with urgent repairs, this is not the 1st time and probably will not be last time.

We bought our house through John Alexander. The whole process was stressful from start to finish. During the 6 months it took to go through we had no correspondance and were not kept updated. We had to do all the chasing and each time we rang up we spoke to a different member of staff who promised to pass messages on but didn't. When we raised this issue they didn't believe us. We would never use John Alexander again. Be aware.

TOP OF THE MARKET

We have recently brought a property through John Alexander Estate Agents and would highly recommend to anyone moving. They made our journey in finding a new family home a stress free as possible. Although they are all very professional and give a quality service we would not of done this without Amber the young lady who we dealt with very frequently, she was so honest and supportive throughout the sale and just generally a lovely person. We have settled into our new home and are lovely it. Thank you so much team and we wish you to stay safe, well and healthy. 💐 Best Wishes, Mr & Mrs Russell...

Called to arrange a viewing and spent quite a while on the phone as they took down an excessive amount of information and tried to sell unwanted services to me. They never confirmed the viewing or called me back. When I called them they were completely unapologetic. This is why online estate agents are growing in popularity.

I have been really happy with the communication i have received from the team through out my sale process. Also when my sale fell through due to the buyer pulling out they immediately got in touch to have new pictures taken as you had new improved equipment. Very happy with the service overall
