GoogleOur experience with William H Brown at Colchester branch was very good. We walked in the office one Saturday day desperate because our favorite house was gone, and asked the staff to have a viewing on the same day but they said it is very difficult. After half an hour or so, we received a call from them telling us if we could attend to see one of our choices. We went there and we finally were so lucky and ended up taking one of the properties that Hannah McCreath showed us very kindly. I am putting in 4 stars because our experience is just starting and I don't know how the agency will continue during the tenancy, but I'm very happy so far.

GoogleBased on my experience this is an excellent and extremely efficient letting agent. This is my first property for letting from the initial surveying to signing the contract, everything was made so easy and straight forward by the Hannah and Emma. They were nice friendly, polite and easy to deal with, explained what i needed to do, never had any problems apart from minor confusion, any reports have been dealt with immediately.

GoogleWould 100% recommend. Jason and Antonny have be great and we have sold and found our new home in under 3 weeks so very happy. They replied to emails and answered all our phone calls very quickly and done everything we asked of them. Our house sold within the estimated range originally given which is great. Couldn't be happier. They were also very kind and welcomed us into the office for meetings with our baby and toddler which was incredible helpful. Giving them paper and crayons ect to keep them happy. Small things but it makes all the difference for a process which could easily be stressful. Wouldn't use anyone else in the future if we for some reason move house again. Thanks again, Tanya and Ant.

GoogleMy husband and I with our children just moved into our new place, and we have to thank Lucy Free for all her help. She is very professional and prompt, and clear in her explanations. If I could score higher, I would! Richie and Charlie are excellent estate agents. Richie was very personable and kept our information on file, so once a property came up to view that met our needs, he contacted us immediately. They were both extremely professional, friendly, and quick to respond to any queries we had. The best experience with estate agents we’ve ever had, hands down! Couldn’t recommend this team enough.

Do not use this estate agent. They did not act in our interest and quite openly attempted to bully us into selling our property at well under the market value. We had a ridiculous offer, which they just expected us to take. Zero effort made to push the property after the offer.

Hannah and Katie have communicated clearly and consistently throughout the whole process and we cannot thank them enough for their hard work and commitment. Both of the property viewings were informative and easy, and Hannah has been on hand to answer any questions from the get go. We are confident that they will be reliable and quick if we run into any troubles throughout the duration of our contract.
