I can't thank Jack Percival enough for everything he has personally done for me and my partner, from booking in one viewing and us not finding suitability in the property to Jack showing us two additional viewings the same day by chance what we would like them, thankfully because of Jack we were able to find a home before the end of our current tenancy, he singlehandedly made my experience the best I've had with estate agents, his ability to adapt and use initiative on the spot is the reason he is a key asset to William H Brown, and his ability with empathy will be the sole reason I look forward to using his services again in the future. After the initial meet and greet with Jack at the 3 properties he showed us, he has been in constant communication with me and my partner including us in the entirety of the process while giving clear guidance on where and how to move forward throughout the entire process from viewing up to tenancy confirmation, and is still providing help today getting everything sorted in time for our move coming Monday.

Jack has been absolutely amazing. After not finding what we were looking for at our first scheduled viewing, he managed to pull up 2 additional properties there and then to show us, and took us to view them straight away. If it wasn’t for Jack putting the effort in & going the extra mile, we would’ve quite literally been homeless when our current tenancy came to an end. His efforts did not stop there, after going forward with a property he has continued to go above and beyond for us. 5***! Jason and the team have been amazing! The team at William H Brown sold our house in less than 2 weeks over the Christmas period. Within minutes of sending an enquiry to value our home, we received a call back! Jason came to value our property the follow day (a couple of days before Christmas) with the property going live on Boxing Day and we sold the property the first week of January! Jason has now also found us the house of our dreams and our 'forever home'. He contacted us first to let us know about a new property that was coming to market and that it was going to tick all of the boxes for us, which it did... it is everything we were looking for and more. Jason secured us a fantastic deal on the property and our offer was accepted this morning and we now cannot wait to move in! Having had a nightmare journey selling my property if it wasn’t for the team at William H Brown I would be in hospital with a breakdown!! The team went far and above what you would expect of an Estate Agency. Always patient, always doing their best to get the job done ! Even the members of staff who were not actively involved in my sale helped when I called in or phoned in always ensuring I got what was needed! As said , all the staff were brilliant but I have to pull out Lisa the progress agent who without her the whole thing would have collapsed, Rachel who stood in when Lisa was away , Owen who patiently suffered my constant viewings and questions ! As a business this team is outstanding and I cannot praise them high enough! The care and passion to get the job done is second to none! Sold a rented property with WH Brown. Happy with the process and I decided to go with their own conveyancers too. This turned out to be a good decision and I really only had two negatives throughout. One was regarding the very quick decision made by the agency manager to fix the fee at a very promising but, very quickly turned out, unrealistic vauation, although I should have queried this when I re-read the contract I'd signed in a hurry to get things moving. The other was when I asked two seperate members of the sales team to arrange for the sold board to be removed, which didn't happen for three weeks until I got through to Antonny, who quickly got it sorted. Antonny was my main contact with the branch and was always polite, professional and a great help whenever it was needed. An asset to the team. Thanks Antonny. A thank you also to Lisa Dove from the conveyancing team who, regularly kept me informed of progress, with either an email or a cheery phone call, which helped greatly to stop the usual frustrations when selling or buying a property. Rebekka Davies from the legal arm was also very good to deal with and always came across professional and personable.
