GoogleProperty Book themselves have, on the whole, provided us with a fairly professional service but would seem to have little authority over the contractors they employ, especially the plumbers. We've had ongoing issues with regard to our newly installed boiler and have been without heating for a number of weeks. My advice is to review your contractors.

GoogleThey refused returning my deposit. Landlord would renovate. But this agency wanted to make some money by charging unjustified fees. I proved my case and manage to recover my deposit. Ignore this agency at any cost.
