I unexpectedly needed to terminate my tenancy and Palmers were the letting agency. As soon as I telephoned them with my requirements they took total control of the situation with efficiency, compassion and huge amounts of kindness. I am grateful to everyone I dealt with at Palmers, but must mention Rachel, who has gone above and beyond to keep me on track and continually kept me up to date with progress, knowing that I was very anxious. If I ever need to use an estate agent, or letting agent my first and only port of call would be Palmers in Colchester. Thank you all of you involved, from the bottom of my heart.

The sales team were really good at helping me sell a property. They listened and provided advice but were willing to do whatever I was happy with. HOWEVER, Do not ever accept their recommended solicitors/conveyancers. Find your own. They recommended Fisher Jones Greenwood to our buyers and it almost caused the whole chain to collapse. Paul at PP was able to help with pushing the sale through but it took a lot of blood, sweat and tears. Wasn’t worth the hassle in my opinion. They lost 2 stars for recommending Gayle Fordham at FJG and I hope they prioritise their clients and stop referring people to her based on all her negative trust pilot reviews.

I have just had the stressful experience of selling a property for an elderly relative who has gone into a care home. Things were made even more difficult by the fact that I live 300 miles away. But Palmer & Partners couldn't have been more helpful , taking on things like getting local tradesmen to carry out necessary repairs before the sale could be completed, which would have been extremely difficult for me at that distance. All their staff are friendly, accommodating and helpful and I highly recommend them to anyone thinking of selling their property. Their service cannot be bettered.

Having moving in to my rental property 2 weeks ago, I just wanted to say how impressed I've been with the rental team at Palmers Colchester especially Sophie whose friendly and down to earth nature made the experience a pleasant one. Leanne Withers and Jon Gallop of Palmers have managed my flat for many years. Recently it transpired there was a problem with the electric supply which meant we had to arrange for a new supply.
