I tried to sell my bungalow 5 years ago, but didn't get many viewings,hence No Sale.
So this time, as I still wanted to move, I tried Palmer and Partners in Colchester.
They have a very nice office in Crouch Street. They were highly recommeded to me, by a neighbour and they have a very good reputation locally.
I am so glad that I chose Palmer and Partners now!!
They managed to sell my bungalow in an amazingly short space of time.
I would very strongly recommend this company to anyone. From start to finish, they acted in an extremely professional manner- very timely, gave good feedback, were very informative, and took great care to make sure that my home was kept safe for me.
The whole team are extremely Covid Aware.
As I am elderly and disabled, and I am on the Government Extremely Vulnerable list, each Sales Person make a great effort to make sure that all Visitors that came to view my home, abided by the strict Covid rules.

YellA trustworthy estate agency
I employed Palmers at the tail end of last year and found them to be efficient, courteous and knowledgable about the market. Absoloutley no hesitation in recommending their services, and they would be the first estate agent I would call should I require such service in the future. A lot of the other High Street agents try to inflate the price of your house and massage your ego to get you on their books, at a price you will not sell. Palmers will recommend the price at which your house will sell, without selling you short.
