I first got in contact with Oakheart to purchase my first property. From the first call with Kieran I was made to feel very welcome and despite me not having any knowledge about real estate they explained the process in a very simple and understanding way. Not long after my first enquiry Cormac got in contact with me and it was just nice to have conversation about suitable properties for me without having to chase them up myself. They remembered all my requests from the first call and it’s the small attention to details that I think separates them from other agents. I do highly recommend them!

When it comes to picking an estate agent it’s so difficult as so many about but we was told about Oakheart so gave them a try with another estate agents as well at the same time. The other estate agent did not bother and only got us 1 viewing but Oakheart went above and beyond to help sell my dads house. They put so much in place to help us with dads house being quite dated and needing modernisation we honestly didn’t think they would be able to help us but with everything they put in place it was not long before the viewings where coming in and then the best news they had sold it for us. We as a family cannot thank Oakheart and the team for going above and beyond in selling dads house for us. Thank you so much guys you have been amazing. So if anyone is looking to sell or buy I would tell them choose Oakheart as they are our number one estate agents and we would use them again in a heartbeat.

I chose Oakheart based on previous sales that had taken place on properties around my area and I am extremely happy that I did. From the moment that Darren arrived at the house I was impressed by his professionalism and how knowledgeable about the local market he was. He explained in detail the marketing plan that they would use to sell my property along with how much the property would be marketed at and the fees that they would charge.The following day Darren had arranged for a couple of viewings to take place on my property. What happened next I was not prepared for; I immediately received two offers on my property following the viewings. To say that I was happy was an understatement!I cannot recommend Oakheart highly enough. The professionalism that they provide is of the highest quality. We were sadly let down by two other agents who overpriced our house purely to gain the custom. Once we transferred to Oakheart after a few months of poor service and communication from the two other agents, we were rewarded with a few offers on our property and were able to select the highest offer that was not far off the original expectations. We dealt with a young man called Cormac who kept us informed from start to end. If we ever sell again he would be our first port of call. Well done young man: top notch .

Oak heart are definately the best estate agents we have ever used. We had issues with two other agents and decided to go with oak heart which has been the best decision we made. They have so much time for there customers and always go above and beyond to help even out of office hours if you need anything. Selling your house is one of the most stressful things you will go through but with such a great team oakheart have took all the pressure away from us and been there every step of the way even with onward purchase. GoogleWe were looking for a property to rent on Mersea and the estate agent in the office seemed to be very helpful offering to show us a property on the High Street. When we saw it we felt it was suitable for us so we requested to rent it but we were told we needed to wait 4 days for the landlord to decide if he was happy to rent to us. We waited over 1 and a half weeks before we phoned them again after not hearing anything. They still had no news. Then three further days later they called to say we were not the type of people that the landlord wanted to rent to as we had small children and a dog. This criteria should have been defined at the beginning and we should not have been offered the property. This turned out to be a complete waste of our time and we are very disappointed with this estate agents. We do not recommend the leasing element of this branch.

When we decided to sell with oakheart the process was quick, easy and as stress free as possible, the pictures were brilliant and communication was fantastic throughout, the online portal with both ours and our buyers progress is a massive bonus!
