GoogleProfessional, trustworthy and no fuss. I got the impression the agents were honest and straight talking, which cannot be assumed in the estate agent industry. Gyles and Rose have a team dedicated to progressing and finalising the transaction, which I found very useful as I was on a tight deadline.

GoogleWe had a great result with Gyles & Rose, we achieved a great price and they did not rush to get a quick cheap sale to get the commission - they were focused on finding the right buyer, in the best position to get the sale at the right price. The service was very personalised, direct communications via a WhatsApp group with their team and ourselves, making arranging viewings very quick & agile. They also did a really good job with the photography, making the house look it's best. Their process after the sale kept things on track and they continued to work with us and our buyer to make sure everything progressed - they saw it right through. We would highly recommend them.

GoogleWe were fortunate enough to be introduced to Jonathan at Gyles and Rose at a time when we really needed some help. We had been on the market with another agent for 12 months, had lots of ups and downs and almost ready to give up and take a break from trying to sell... then Jonathan came in with a new perspective on selling houses and it was a breath of fresh air. His friendly and positive attitude was the boost I needed to keep trying! He did not put me under any pressure at all but saw all the selling points in the property and reflected this in the photography and description of the property. This motivated me again!
