It was very easy to communicate with them and they always replied promptly. Towards the last few weeks of purchasing the property it got particularly tense and things seemed to slow down so I contacted Gyles and Rose and they took control and we have finally moved in. His friendly and positive attitude was the boost I needed to keep trying! He did not put me under any pressure at all but saw all the selling points in the property and reflected this in the photography and description of the property. This motivated me again! I had more people through the door than ever and shortly afterwards we had a solid offer from a fantastic buyer! We are now in our new home and I will be forever grateful for Jonathan for his professionalism, efficiency and excellent communication from start to finish. I had not moved house for 28 years, to was nervous anyway about moving. Johnathan came and explained the process , I felt comfortable to talk to him, he was warm and welcoming and genuine, even trusted him to hold my key whilst away on holiday. He supported me through the whole process from start to finish. He was always at hand day or evening, by phone or What’s up. I was in a long chain, he always knew what was going on throughout the chain, which was good to have regular feedback on.The service and friendliness was 5 stars. Would 100% use Johnathan again, if I moved house. Thank you very much for everything, you are honoured as I rarely write reviews, but you exceeded my expectations. I had 6 local companies come out to value my property and Jonathan at Gyles & Rose was the only person I clicked with instantly and knew he would sell my house. No rubbish or cockiness, just a genuine nice hard working guy. He really cares and the customer service is outstanding. He is always at the end of the phone and keeps you in the loop at every stage. Not only did I get the top asking price for my property but he found me a buyer in 5 days of it going on the market. I love so much they are a small company and with it you get outstanding service. I will 100% be using them next time and will recommend them to everyone.
