I applied for a flat viewing on RightMove, and Matthew from Gyles & Rose contacted me the same day. There was some complications with house viewings where they had to be suspended due to the seller being heavily pregnant. In the meantime, Matthew found answers to all of my questions regarding the property. He also spoke highly of the seller which grew my confidence. Once viewings were back in place a couple months later, Matthew reached back out, and told me of the set viewing times which I couldn’t make. He was not pushy in any way, and said he’d reach out once viewings windows increased, to which he did. Throughout the whole experience, I could see the respect he had for both me and the seller, and I felt confident and stress free throughout the whole process because any anxieties or questions I had, even separate to the property (as I’m a first time buyer), he took the time and due diligence to ensure I knew every single step of the process. I honestly couldn’t recommend anyone more. I’ve viewed a few properties with various companies, but Matthew at Gyles & Rose really stood out to me. Thank you Matthew!

Couldn’t recommend Gyles & Rose enough. I rang up for a viewing on a property, spoke to Matthew. He managed to arrange me one for the next day. He was extremely knowledgeable about the surrounding areas & pointed out several aspects of potential improvement that could be undertaken on the property that I had overseen. Unfortunately it wasn’t the right property for us but Matthew took the time for me to give feedback on the property and has since been in touch with similar ones that meet our criteria. Great overall service & big thank you to Matthew in particular. 5⭐️

Jonathan and Mathew were totally brilliant estate agents. We had tried other leading estate agents before them but to no avail didn't sell our home. Jonathan came to see us and stated that he would sell our house within a 3 week period and true to his word he did. Mathew and Jonathan were amazing and kept us updated and informed of any viewings making sure our house was marketed wonderfully. the property description of our home was phenomenal, a true wordsmith and the photography exceptional. Couldn't recommend Jonathan and the team more. Valuation ranged between £25K-100K higher than 3 other local estate agents, and had multiple offers all within and over guide price within 1 week. House went on the market on the Thursday and was under offer by the following Wednesday. They were also brilliant at chasing the sale through. Jonathan, Matthew and Callum are excellent in every way. We'd had a poor experience at another estate agent, and moved to Gyles and Rose as we thought them to be the best out of two or three others we looked at. They didn't disappoint, being small but very hands on, knowledgeable and professional, certainly not all talk and no action, and empty promises that others seemed to be. They gave our sale a complete makeover and made it look very slick, getting us a buyer very quickly. They are always available at the end of a phone, always helpful and never dismissive. The experience we had using Gyles & Rose to purchase our house was great. Jonathan was one of the reasons we decided to offer on the house in the first place. He is very knowledgeable about what to look for in a house, he was not pushy or overly sales orientated, he didn't have the "estate agent" persona that I am not a fan of. Professional, relaxed and kind. Working with Matthew was also just the same, they were constantly responsive and even if I needed to leave a message they always came back to me.
