GoogleWe have moved around quite a bit and have used a few estate agents over the years. The experience we had with Gyles and Rose for the sale of our latest property in Colchester was exceptional in every stage of the process, couldn't fault a single thing!! (which is unusual when dealing with estate agents). They were efficient in getting the house on the market within a day as we were in a rush not to miss out on the house we wanted to buy. They were very professional and punctual during all viewings (given the peak of Covid situation) and worked well with us to close a good deal and a smooth process all the way from that point to completion of the sale. All in all, me and my partner were very happy with the service we recieved and definitely recommend them to everyone we know as they need the recognition they deserve.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Jonathan and his team at Giles & Rose put the personal touch into our sale and worked so hard to get what was a stressful time (moving home) over the line. I would say they exceeded our expectations responding exceptionally prompt (all hours of the day) and very professional. They were the only reason we actually got to move in the end through their determination and support along the way. Highly recommended.

We reached Gyles & Rose after a rather negative experience with other Estate Agents in the property market, and couldn't have had a more pleasant and satisfying experience. Interacting with Jonathan was a delight. He is approachable, trustworthy and has a problem-solving attitude. Despite the delays and some hiccups in tying up the agreement and exchanging contracts (due to covid and other issues), he was accommodating of our requests and very efficient in managing the purchase. We'd highly recommend Gyles & Rose.

From first meeting to final completion they have been efficient, caring, totally reliable and at all times consummate professionals. Their judgement and organisational skills are faultless. I was never left wondering what was going on. My first house sale in 40 years and they walked me through the whole process. Don't go to some large corporate company. GoogleCan’t recommend this Estate Agent enough. Jonathon & Matthew are honest, and personable. They market your property superbly and match buyers to your property profile. We had our house on the market 1 day, and in that time Jonathon had arranged 6 serious viewings, 3 of whom put offers in on our house, resulting in a sale from committed buyers ready to go. They have kept In touch with us and our buyers throughout the whole process. Super impressed, forget the big chain estate agents and call GYLES & ROSE, you wont regret it.

GoogleProfessional, trustworthy and no fuss. I got the impression the agents were honest and straight talking, which cannot be assumed in the estate agent industry. Gyles and Rose have a team dedicated to progressing and finalising the transaction, which I found very useful as I was on a tight deadline.
