5* Review In the last 4 years I have rented through Ezelet. I have had an amazing experience with them and any problems or issues that had arisen throughout the 2 tenancies I have had with them has been sorted within the 24/48 hour period and contact had been made throughout. The staff have always been amazing espescially Ross, Donna, Brooke, Ella and Mark and as an agency they have always been super supportive in the last 4 years and I can’t recommend them enough as a letting agent! Thanks again for everything in the last 4 years.

Awful agency to be avoided at all costs: 8 months later we don't know anything about the deposit when according to the law the tenant has to be informed withing the first 30 days, people enter in the house without permission, 5 months with a short circuit putting the tenant life at risk and not being able to cook, etc...

Just bought a lovely house through these guys , in somewhat difficult circumstances , they were fantastic throughout , encouraging , calming , and generally keeping things moving along , taking as much of the stress out of what is always a stressful process . I have rented a lot of properties and my experience with EZElet was really positive. Maybe because we dealt with the Lettings manager Ross Sanderson who was really good and never failed to respond to communications. Super professional and extremely helpful. Would definitely rent from them again.
