FacebookMe and my partner had a hard time looking for flats in Colchester before we stumbled upon David Martin. We spent a month and a half of checking Rightmove and Zoopla every two hours daily, calling lettings agencies and spending tons of money in phonecalls while being told properties were not available, because most agencies had automatic response e-mails or they would reply after several days. Nicky helped us wholeheartedly by holding the property we live in as of now off the market before publishing it, knowing our harsh situation. We were unable to view the property beforehand because we lived outside of the UK, and were worried that the property would've been different from what we expected. Instead, to our surprise, if was much better than we could have hoped for. The conditions are flawless and I honestly could have not managed to go through the same particular requests we had with any other company. Nicky grew fond of us and exchanged e-mails even outside of office times to keep us informed. Truly unmatchable service. Can't rate less than 5 stars.

FacebookPersonally think this estate agent doesn't even deserve one star. I tried to purchase a property through them but not only did they allow gazumping to occur but they also tried to get family members to pull out of my side of the transaction when they weren't the people paying for the house. Disappointed that I lost the house but I will never buy or sell with this company again. I will also be telling everyone I know to do the same.

They even roped in a family member to assist with a boiler service. Restored my faith in Estate Agents.

GoogleDo not ever use! Completely let me down, they apparently had a cash buyer, just about to exchange and he had no money to purchase property. Wasted a grand on abortive purchase with the solicitors. There must have been something more going on there, very poor communication. Absoutely diabolic service, thank the lord for michaels estate agent is all I can say, they were the saving grace!
