As first-time buyers, the whole process felt quite overwhelming at times, but Connor and Hayley at David Martin in Tiptree were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They were incredibly helpful, patient, and always happy to answer our (many!) questions. Connor Murphy from DMG worked tirelessly to push a large chain over the line, forcing a communications link in a difficult and complicated chain, that kept people talking, to the extent that whilst it took some time from bid acceptance to completion, at least everyone knew the reasons for the delays. As a first time buyer I have to say how fantastic I have found dealing with David Martin has been. Lorna has taken care of me and found me an amazing first home. I cant thank Lorna enough she has been truly brilliant and has made the process very exciting. What made my experience great with David Martin was the great communication and regular updates which really helped my situation as I work in the city Mon-Fri. Lorna understood fully exactly what I was looking for and was always on the end of the phone to answer my questions. I'd happily recommend David Martin Estate agents. We bought a property with them and the whole journey was fantastic. From arranging the viewing which was quick and simple to the negotiations and purchase process. Viewing the property, the agent wasn't pushy but maintained a comfortable presence and was able to answer any questions we had. Through the negotiations they played their part perfectly. Liaising between us and the sellers, without any underhand sales tactics, and allowing each party to make their own decision. In fact, it's this that secured the sale as we had been negotiating an offer on another property where the agent was trying to squeeze out a higher offer, not very tactfully either. I felt a lot more confident making an offer with DMG. We had excellent communication from Connor who kept us up to speed on updates throughout. I never had a problem getting in contact and had a quick response to any queries we raised. From the purchase side, I couldn't have asked more. I would definitely consider them if we ever list out property for sale in the future.
