Although never paid clients of David Martin, we purchased through them and have been floored by the incredible experience of Connor Murphy in Tiptree. We were treated with complete attentiveness, dedication and respect. Nothing was ever too much trouble, from anyone in the team when we called, especially Connor. We were met with total transparency and reassurance, and quickly Connor was the only reliable source of support and information in a frustrating chain. Throughout the process Connor remained dedicated, attentive, reassuring and a source of total transparency in a very frustrating chain of events. Moving house is something we won’t be embarking on (hopefully!) for a long long time, however should we, we will be knocking on the door without fail!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

I dealt with Nicola whilst she was at the Manningtree branch who sold my house quickly, she was thorough and efficient and always kept me in the loop with a call or email. The sale itself wasn't straight forward but her advice and knowledge led us through some turbulent few months. During the sale she moved branches to Tiptree, but still dealt with my move, which I was grateful for! We got there in the end and her constant chasing and contact with me was fantastic. Thank you Nicola you were a star!

I dealt with Ash from the Hythe branch, first time out on my own and he was more than happy to talk me through everything and answer all my silly questions with a smile on his face from the first time I saw him to the last. (even humouring my "gaffa tape on the floor for where the furniture will be" request in my viewing! lol) Really helpful over email too, I genuinely felt as though he was available throughout the whole process and he was always polite and easy to talk to also which is really what you need through a time when you have enough to think about! Great advice from start to end as well even up to handing over the keys, I even feel comfortable contacting him with queries after everything has been sorted. I didn't have a great opinion of estate agents before but Ash is good at what he does.

Having broadened our initial search area we were very impressed with the manner in which Connor and others in the David Martin team were able to host us at separate viewings. Three viewings were arranged in total but we found our ideal location at a time when suitable and available properties were limited but as soon as the listing was being negotiated, we were able to view ahead of official marketing and secure a deal same day. Since the negotiation, Connor has called regularly to advise on progress and assist in more complex issues that would otherwise have delayed or frustrated our purchase.
