GoogleI first found the property I wanted to buy listed with another agent but wanted to use Philip James Estates, they were great, and kept me informed of the progress throughout my purchase. If your looking to buy in Coggeshall or the surrounding villages you really need to speak with them Bev or Katie you will not find a better Estate agent for the area.

This is the worst agency in Manchester, avoid at all costs. They are unprofessional, lazy and can not do their jobs. Embarrassment of a company.

GoogleWould never use for rental's again. Forgot to cancel my standing order for rent and are charging me £20 plus VAT to send back. Also got over charged for carpets and oven to be cleaned around £280. This was written in the contract beware.
