Great service

One of my residential properties has been successfully let with Central Housing Group (CHG) for about 19 months and I can honestly say they are a breath of fresh air when it comes to dealing with property management agents – especially if you are looking for a fully managed, hassle free service. Firstly the team at CHG helped renovate the property to a good standard, organizing many different contractors from Window fitters to Electricians - all at competitive prices and in quick timescales so the property could be let as quickly as possible. Once the property was ready, CHG let the property almost immediately through their guaranteed rent scheme and have since provided a comprehensive property maintenance service. They have conducted regular property inspections and provided good practical feedback every time. Any minor repairs have been handled efficiently at competitive prices. It feels like the team at CHG look after the property like it is their own - providing stress free property management which is exactly what I need since I live nearly100 miles away. Through experience, dependability and dedication to service, CHG has gained my trust and confidence and I would fully recommend CHG to any prospective landlord looking to rent a property in London.

Highly Recommended

I have been letting my properties through Central Housing in London for the past 10 years or so. I moved to Yorkshire which meant I needed a reliable and efficient agent to look after my properties. After trying other agents, I was recommended Central Housing and I was very pleasantly surprised. I instructed them to manage my properties as I have a full time job, and they are always extremely helpful and professional. I receive my rent directly into my bank account and always on time with all the paperwork in order. I often forget I'm a landlord! The best agent I've ever been with and I have no hesitation in giving them my highest recommendation to others.

Excellent service

Central Housing Group have managed a flat I own for several years. I have found their service to be excellent as a landlord. Their fees are clear and any maintenance costs incurred are fair. All invoices are provided without asking and I don't have to touch the property at all, so it's a complete hands off service. I highly recommend their service if you are a landlord tired of dealing with day to day property management yourself.

I am a landlord and Central Housing have managed my property for over 10 years. The whole team are fantastic and very attentive. They take care of everything and I receive my rent each month on time. They are very transparent on additional charges when repairs are required and I find their tradesmen to be very competitive so absolutely no need for me to source my own tradesmen........a truly hassle free experience.
