The worst of all. Penelope Leng showed me a property that is not ready to move in. And the renting price is increased when I told her that I want to rent. I don't know the company but I know the letting negotiator who made me unhappy about the whole experience.

J D Wood let my flat in Weybridge. The bad tenant Chris Witts stopped paying the rent and left the flat damaged and very dirty. He would not admit his financial responsabilities, luckily I was able to recover the debt from the deposit through mydeposits.

What a joke! The epitome of bad and distrustful estate agents. We arranged a viewing with the Esher office and no one showed up- no email,text,call, WhatsApp- to even tell us they were late or having to cancel. And worse still- the property we arranged to view and sat waiting for 20 min was already sold.

Since them they have been managing the relationship with (excellent) tenants and have handled any teething issues enthusiastically, promptly and efficiently.

GoogleIt is only a small office but the lettings guys provided a fantastic service. The agents were very friendly and although we didn't find a new home immediately they kept in regular contact and soon found the perfect house for my family.

If I could give them no stars I would!They ignore calls and emails, don't contact us back. We have ongoing issues for months which they have done nothing about. Avoid them at all costs!!!!

Disappointed with the customer service from J.D.Wood when things don't go well they won't help. Also their renewals dept is not good and their accounts dept is not well organised at present.Could do a lot better.

Abysmal service. Lack of professionalism. Was promised the earth and then told to reduce my property price constantly to get a quick sale. Cowboy outfit posing as class Estate agents.
