GoogleOn the move was so easy to use, and I got a good estimate. The what's app and website was fantastic to use, especially when I'm busy at work. I didn't need to talk to anyone if I didn't need to. My house was sold very quick.

GoogleJust moved into my first flat and couldn't have asked for a better estate agent! Incredibly helpful through the entire process and even left a brilliant care package for me to help me get settled in. A lovely detail that was greatly appreciated and just made a first time buyer's experience that more memorable. Highly recomend!!

GoogleReally poor communication. Despite clear instructions, a request for a viewing was ignored. Home report received a couple of days later asking for offer to be submitted the following day. Had a viewing been arranged, I would have been better placed to make an offer.

Hi Nan, many thanks for your review. We appreciate every review, however to help us understand why we have got a one star review on this occasion could you give us some feedback. We have searched your name and don’t have you as a current or previous client, we also have no record of you viewing one of our properties. Any feedback would be appreciated to see where we have failed to meet expectations and give us some guidance on how we can improve.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
