GoogleFrom initial contact to conclusion of sale I had a fantastic experience. Stephen is an expert in his field & goes above and beyond for his clients. The communication at every stage was consice & timely as was the advice. Megan was also great to deal with, always kept me up to date & was brilliant throughout the entire process. Would recommend using On the Move to anyone who wants a top notch service & an overall positive experience.

GoogleWe asked Stephen and the team to sell our beautiful house, as this being our first time selling, the team helped us thrive all the processes and were in contact daily with feedback regarding viewings. It took us 8 weeks to sell our house however on the move constantly on social media sites and various house selling sites until we finally sold our home. We can't thank on the move enough for their assistance.

GoogleI couldn’t recommend Stephen and the team at On the Move more highly. We bought our house through Stephen and after he showed us around, we were in no doubt we’d use him to sell our own home. From the initial consultation to the viewing updates and offers, the communication and support was fantastic. Stephen really cares and was always on hand to answer questions and give advice making the whole process so much easier. Top class service from a top class team. Would highly recommend!

GoogleI can't recommend on the move highly enough. The service is fantastic from start to finish. Stephen looked after me and kept me informed the whole way through. The photographer, the surveyor and the recommended solicitors were great. The way that the house was presented by them helped sell the house in less than a week. I would recommend On The Move to anyone without hesitation. A genuine 5 star service, not something experienced very often these days. Thank you to Stephen and the team.

GoogleTop notch service from Stephen. The man went over and beyond. He explained the process and got me £10000.00 over home report. Stephen is a very hard working man, he fitted in viewings the evenings, weekends as well as during normal office hours. Highly recommended.

Of the estate agents we met on the journey to our new home I knew when it came to sell ours he was the one we would turn to. The photos and video they produced made our home look the best it had ever been! GoogleFrom the initial meeting, Stephen and OTM really impressed. From outlining their success to the modern technology they use to ensure your house is marketed and presented to the highest standard. Their photographer was excellent and accommodating and took some fantastic photographs and videos. The advert and marketing is what drew me to OTM. After the house was listed, we couldn't have asked for someone better to represent our sale, from advice to feedback and everything in between, Stephen was transparent and honest. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend OTM to anyone.

GoogleIt was an absolute treat from start to finish dealing with Stephen and the team . From day one when selecting our preferred agent we never felt pressured at any point . The full team were 💯 professional in there approach and how they explained every step of the process of putting our place on the market to the point we hand over the keys . The speed the house was sold is in my opinion all down to the way the team marketed the property from there amazing short videos and through to the viewings . Cannot fault the service and if we ever decide to sell again we won’t hesitate in contacting Stephen and the team

GoogleI had the absolute pleasure of Stephen selling my house. As a first time seller he was so hands on and knowledgable in helping me understand the selling market. He delivers a 5 star service! I had actually moved out of the property as was relocating and Stephen made this difficult time so much easier with regular check ins and videos after a viewing with updates and showing all the doors etc locked. I honestly can’t fault the service at all. The marketing of my house was fantastic and I actually received an offer within 3 days and truly believe this was down to Stephen and his work! GoogleI would highly recommend On the Move. Both Stephen and Megan were incredibly helpful from the beginning of the process to selling the house. From the initial meeting with Stephen at the property, he laid out how the market was working and provided clear expectations. And he was spot on. On the Move created a WhatsApp group and kept us informed at every step. The created an amazing listing and we received offers within 24hrs of the viewings, which In the Move carried out themselves. GoogleThis estate agency is exceptional, Meghan and Stephen are absolutely professional and they produce a high quality product. Dont take my word for it just look at the prierties they advertise and how everything, pictures, descriptions, valuations, sales strategy, presentaion all 1st class and all at a very good fixed price. Megan was on the ball and answered all our questions during the sale. Stephen is just a very nice young man who you feel you can trust from the first time you meet him. His sales strategy was excellent and in our case worked greatly to our financial benefit. He fully understands the market and provjdes a superb customer service. Thank so much Stephen and Meghan.
