GoogleWasted 150£ of buyer checks after seller or agency changed their mind (by confirming their interest on the offer) by asking 20K more, just 24h later due another "interested buyer". Checked on Zoopla after few weeks, house was not removed from market.
Hi Dario, unfortunately you had made a conditional offer on a property and you were informed that the property would continue to be marketed until your offer was made unconditional. When you eventually removed that condition you were informed that a significantly higher offer was made and you were given the opportunity to revise your offer which you declined. You can hardly blame an estate agent for doing what was best for the client and being open and honest with you. We wish you the very best with your property search.

GoogleMy partner and I highly recommend Amarco as a letting agent. We have always been thrilled with the ease and swiftness of communication: as soon as we have a problem, Joe answers within minutes and fixes anything at our earliest convenience. The professionalism and kindness he has shown has been the highest standard we could expect for an estate agent. We will greatly miss Amarco as we move away from the central belt!
