FacebookCant thank Elaine and Joe enough for all the time, care and effort they put into helping us buy our new home. From the first viewing right through to our offer being accepted Elaine couldn't do enough for us, going above and beyond with the many questions we had. Fantastic estate agents whom we have no hesitation with trusting to sell our existing home.

GoogleAbsolutely fantastic estate agents! Elaine and Joe are two of the loveliest people who genuinely care about their clients. They both have gone above and beyond in helping us to secure our forever home, while making the process of selling our existing home as smooth and quick as possible. They are always just a phone call or email away to answer any questions or to give you updates. Amarco estate agents are deserving of 5 stars and beyond.
Thank you Christina for your kind review, it's been a pleasure selling your 'beautiful place'. Best of luck to and your lovely family in your new home. Thank you for choosing AMARCO Estates.

GoogleI would highly recommend Amarco estate agents especially Elaine. I received an extremely slick and professional service. Our house was valued, pictures completed, on the market and sold all within 1 week! Elaine was fantastic at keeping me updated with progress throughout and I really cannot fault the level of professionalism received. Their rates are extremely competitive and I would 100% recommend Amarco. Thank you!

GoogleMy experience with Amarco was perfect from first visit through to handing over the keys of my home. Joe visited me on the same day I contacted him, where he explained the process, measured-up the property and agreed terms. Joe is friendly, well-presented, respectful and a man of his word. He met my brief of a fast sale at the best possible price with a buyer not in a chain. He maintained regular contact and concluded a satisfactory sale on day one of viewings. I cannot fault the level of attention, quality of advice, communication and all-round professionalism on Joe’s part and I would recommend Amarco in the highest possible terms to anyone considering selling their property. A thoroughly well-deserved 5-stars from a happy seller.

FacebookMyself and my partner highly recommend using Amarco if you are looking to either sell or buy a property. We went to view a house which then lead us to selling our own home with Amarco. Outstanding service from Elaine, our home was sold on first viewing. Which should have been a stressful time everything was made very stress free. We can’t thank her enough for everything and all her patience with our questions and worry’s. We are now looking forward to moving to our new home🏡.
Thank you so much for your kind review Charlie, hope you enjoy your new 'Beautiful Place'. It was a pleasure selling your home and working with you both. Thank you for choosing AMARCO.

GoogleI enquired about a property to rent last Thursday and spoke to Joe, he was very nice on the phone to begin with and sent me out the application forms so after going over the forms it states are you happy to go ahead with a credit check and when I asked about the rental criteria credit check he turned into a very very unpleasant chap his response was “Being honest there are probably other applicants who are going to meet more of the Landlord’s criteria for this one (Doctor’s from Monklands Hospital).” Having looked further into this property the home the house is in a rundown area of Airdie not a 5* luxury home that it’s been claimed to be. As a successful business owner I am appalled at this response of who I am and what I earn when they know nothing about me. I would avoid this man and his estate agents like the plague. I’ve also just received an abusive and threatening phone call from this man after I posted this review stating that he was now going to leave a review on my business page - how professional.

GoogleGreat service from start to finish from Joe and his team at Amarco Estates. Really appreciated Joe’s patience as we had many questions and he kept us right and assured all the way and sold our house after the first viewings! Wow 🤩 Nothing was an issue and he kept in contact with us along the way with some useful advice, which we believe, helped us get over the line with the sale. We can’t thank him enough and we will certainly be recommending Amarco Estates to everyone!! Thanks for everything Joe, you have made our family really happy as we are now about to move into our new home 🏡 5 Star service from start to finish ⭐️

FacebookWe purchased our very first home back in 2020 with Joe at Amarco. Joe helped us in ways that went above and beyond. We were first time buyers and honestly didn’t have a clue what we were doing and Joe helped us every step of the way. So we knew that when we were ready so sell our home that Amarco was the only option for us. We received that exact same service as we did before and it did not fault. Between Joe and Elaine our house was on the market within days of contact and sold a week later. I highly recommended Amarco to everyone looking to sell. You will be welcomed by genuine people and an unmatched service.

GoogleMy experience of Amarco was very professional. My property was sold within 1 week. From pictures,to schedule to home viewings was absolutely superb. The whole process was handled with no issues. Always available to talk and remove any concerns during a very stressful time. Would 100 % recommend Amarco properties to handle your home sale. GoogleExcellent all round service from Joe and Mode. He obviously knows his market area and goes above and beyond what any mere EA should. Very competitive, will inform of any pitfalls (rather than sugar coating), extremely good communications, works diligently for sellers and buyers - so you really needn't look anywhere else for your EA. It's a pity Mode don't do conveyancing too - give it a couple of years though.... In a really depressing and stressful couple of months Joe and Mode were the shinning bright spot. Can't be rated highly enough.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

FacebookMy partner and I highly recommend Amarco as a letting agent. We have always been thrilled with the ease and swiftness of communication: as soon as we have a problem, Joe answers within minutes and fixes anything at our earliest convenience. The professionalism and kindness he has shown has been the highest standard we could expect from an estate agent. We will greatly miss Amarco as we move away from the central belt!
Thank you so much for the review. Best of luck with your relocation.❤

GoogleAmarco Estates handle the rental of my property and have been helpful, professional and accessible throughout the process. I cannot recommend this service enough. Joe has been especially helpful at explaining the procedures and keeping me involved despite knowing nothing about the property world. A very affordable service for everything included.
