FacebookI am very happy with them they have been fantastic and took all of the stress out of being a landlord. I could not fault them . They are great at keeping in touch with me and sorting any problems.

Very Disappointed in this "review". Managed a High rise property for 4 years with no void period and excellent return for the Landlord. Landlord had an issue- We felt works were verbally agreed, He said they weren't. We asked what we could do to resolve it, He said we couldn't do anything. We have changed our practice so that all works agreed are now in writing to stop this sort of situation in the future. We are happy to deal with any of the authorities. We wished the owner good luck with the property in the future.

FacebookI recently sold a property through Source Property and I have nothing but praise for them. Kris met with us and explained all costs. They were definitely the cheapest of the local firms and also cheaper than Purple Bricks. The marketing and follow up was very smooth. I would def recommend them to anyone.

**Background** - This person is NOT a client. They wanted to view a property. The property was VERY popular with lots of viewers. We gave the person the available slots but they didn't suit him. The property went to closing and someone else had a more successful bid. Our clients are very happy with the outcome. I hope this person is successful on another property.
