GoogleHayley at Pinewood was instrumental in the purchase of our new property. She went above and beyond to ensure that we actually moved in to our dream home. Making sure that the previous owners did what was needed. She always answered the phone, even though we were calling daily and always did what she could for us. I truly think the chain would have collapsed without her and we cannot thank her enough.

GoogleA company who go above and beyond for their clients. I highly recommend Pinewood and our agent. Through the whole process we were effectively communicated with, no question or issue was too big or too small. 10/10 customer service, we will stick with Pinewood if we decide to rent a different house in the future. Our agent Tracey was fantastic.

GoogleBrilliant helpful estate agents. Keep me updated at all times. Viewings done by them , which took away the stress of having to do it myself. Ash, Hannah and Christine were brilliant. Achieving a higher price than was anticipated.

GoogleBrilliant!!! The overall experience was great. Even when we got messed around with a buyer who subsequently pulled out a good way down the line, they still kept pushing and remained positive at all times.

GoogleI have been a landlord for many years and run my portfolio through Pinewood, dealing on many occasions with the maintenance team and the day to day with Tracey and Mandy. Great service throughout.

GoogleWhen me and my partner went to view the house we was greeted by the most friendly person , she gave us space to look around and answered any questions we asked. She also reassured us that any questions or problems we have we can email or call and she would answer and she did exactly that. Because this is our first house together you can imagine we had worries and within the space of 5 minutes she made us feel so comfortable and not worried at all, I hope everyone can have the experience we had !
