GoogleGeraldine and the team at Mortimers were fantastic from start to finish. They were extremely patient over the years we were looking for the perfect house, and kept in regular contact sending us details of suitable properties in the area where we were looking. When we eventually found the right property, and going through the house buying process, Geraldine was quick to respond to all my questions. No question was too small or too silly. Her friendly and professional approach was always welcome and reassuring. All in all using Mortimers as an estate agent was a straightforward and stress-free process. Exactly what you need when buying a house! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

GoogleCharlotte, Sam and Alisha were absolutely fantastic through our process of buying our first home. They were understanding with us when there was a problem, they helped and guided us through areas we struggled with. But most importantly they were kind and caring - taking the time to talk to us! They were quick to reply and call us with anything and reassuring throughout. I would recommend mortimers for any first time buyers! Cannot thank them enough as it was a tough process but they made it alot easier and made it less stressful for us. Thank you Mortimers 😊

GoogleThe sale of my house has just completed. Selling a home can be very stressful but Mortimers Estate Agents in Clitheroe were brilliant. They were professional, patient, reassuring and communicated so well every step of the way. Big shout out to Charlotte who I call 'Cheerful Charlotte'. She always made me feel so much better with her cheerful disposition, empathy and understanding. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mortimers if you want to reduce the stess of selling your home.

GoogleMortimers at Clitheroe have provided a great service for myself over the past 10 years. Dan Grundy as the property manager gives me all the information I need and organizes everything in a professional manner. He recently arranged a lot of maintenance work on the house which I was very happy with. Sarah Sellick and Fiza Malik, together with Dan, have helped arrange another tenant for my property in a short space of time. The process was very organized and efficient. Hope to continue to work with Mortimers for another 10 years at least :)

GoogleAn excellent service from the team at Mortimers when selling my house through them. My main contact throughout the sale was Mia Binns, and I couldn't fault her service at all. She kept me fully informed at regular intervals about the progress of the sale, and acted very professionally as a intermediary between myself and the purchasers, as well as an intermendiary between my solicitors and the purchasers solicitors. I would thouroughly recommend Mortimers Estate Agents, and would quite happily use them again should I need to.

GoogleAmazing service from Mortimers when selling and buying our house, particularly Ella. She was brilliant, went above and beyond to help out and support us through a very stressful sale. Ella was always on hand for an email or phone call, to help with any little question, or even just the reassurance that we frequently needed. Ella was great at communicating and keeping us updated throughout the process which was much appreciated, she could not have been more helpful. I could not recommend Mortimers more highly.

GoogleDealt with Ben, Ella & Lewis - but as things progressed, Ella became the main contact. Fortunately/unfortunately once the property went live, interest was high & the viewings came flooding in. I struggled to keep pace initially - it would seem that I would receive an email & before I had chance to read it, I would receive a phone call. On reflection, that was someone doing their job - once we got the measure of each other, things became much easier & Ella proved to be very good at being the conduit between me & the buyer, also at gently nudging things along. First time I have sold a house - all the team provided help along the way, without being "in your face". Very pleased that Mortimers were our Estate Agents of choice. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

GoogleElla was so helpful throughout the process of buying my first home alone. It can be a daunting experience but she was at the end of the phone / email anytime I needed help. Once the sale was complete, Ella phoned to tell me that I could collect the keys and when I got there, I was presented with a lovely 'new home gift pack'.
