GoogleWe recently used Richard Harding to sell a property and were really pleased with the level of service, knowledge and guidance provided. Peter and his colleagues kept us well-informed of developments throughout and in a timely manner so that potential hurdles and issues could be navigated earlier, making the whole process less stressful as a result. From offer to completion was just over 12 weeks which in the current climate is good going! Many thanks to Peter and all of the team.

GoogleWe sold our house and bought our new home with Richard Harding in BS9. We were impressed with Pete Walker and his colleagues. We were well supported with both the sale and purchase. There were hiccups, but all were sorted in large part due to Pete’s guidance and knowledge. We are happy with our new home but if we were to ever move again then it would be with Richard Harding.

GoogleFrom the very first phone call we knew we had found the right agent. Living currently in Australia we could have felt very isolated and out of control regarding the sale of our much loved home but we need not have worried. Peter and his colleagues went out of their way to keep us fully informed of all the (endless) viewings. They certainly earned their fee and more! As with any big transaction there are always issues to iron out and we cannot thank Peter enough for his patience, experience, integrity and expertise in getting us over the line and with the price we wanted for our home. 10/10 Richard Harding.

GoogleWe sold our property with Peter Walker (and various of his colleagues). We cannot fault Peter and Richard Harding in their service, this started from the very first meeting seeing the real value our of property not just using out of date and misleading local comparable prices, ultimately achieving a considerably higher sale price than various other local agents indicated was achievable. This was not the only reason we used them as Peter was very enthusiastic about our house and that he really could sell it for the price he stated. His local knowledge (some very recent in our road) was key in this aspect. We were in a small chain with possibly the most incredibly slow, difficult, and downright awkward purchaser and their solicitors. Peter was tireless in his efforts to helping us achieve exchange of contracts (on about the 5th attempt) for the date stipulated by the purchaser (despite their seeming attempt to not provide the information required for this until the very last moment). Peter’s considered counsel on various points towards the end of the sale process were invaluable, and certainly helped placate the difficult purchaser and ultimately achieve completion. We were kept very much in informed of the process from the very start, great photos and advice on the initial marketing elements, right through to getting out of hours calls when it really mattered in answer to our various queries - you really can’t ask for more than that! We would thoroughly recommend Peter, and should we ever move again, we will certainly use him and Richard Harding’s services.

GoogleKat from Richard Harding handled the recent sale of our home. We feel we made a very good choice using them. Kat was always so reliable, helpful and friendly. She followed up on everything promptly and made us feel able to ask any questions. We also really appreciated that right from the beginning she was willing to work on our time-scale and never pressured us in any way. She was very helpful right to the end when we had an unexpected problem on completion day. I would thoroughly recommend Kat and her work.

In the last 12 months Peter Walker has helped me with the sale of 3 of my investment properties in Clifton & Cotham and a fourth is currently in the pipeline. As an agency they always communicate well and offer a great client experience - I could not recommend them more highly whether you are buying or selling in Bristol.

GoogleI had my property in Clifton on the market with another agent for nearly a year with no success, after speaking with my neighbours who had dealt with Richard Harding in the past I decided to move to them. I did not regret my choice. When Pete came to appraise the property it was clear he had done his research, comparing mine to other similar properties in the area. Something that was lacking from the other agent! They were great at providing feedback after every viewing and when an offer was placed they were great at communicating with me and my solicitor. I could not recommend Richard Harding highly enough. Thank you Pete and to everyone else for making it so easy for me.

GoogleHighly recommended. Every Richard Harding team member that we dealt with gave outstanding service, at all times. Peter Sharland managed the sale of our property. He provided exceptional service and commitment from our first meeting to the completion of the sale. He proactively kept us informed to the status of the sale on a very regular basis. Prior to Peter Sharland going on holidays during the sale process, he made sure Richard Harding team members were briefed on the completion status. Each team member gave great service until Peter returned from leave. I would have no hesitation in using Richard Harding estate agents in the future, either as a seller or a buyer of a property.

We had the pleasure of dealing with Peter Walker, who despite being our vendors’s agent and not ours, kept in touch with us throughout proceedings and helped to navigate a few challenges within the chain. To top things off we were given a lovely home made Victoria sponge cake when collecting the keys which gave us and our removals guys a much needed boost in the second half of moving day!

GoogleWe have just completed a purchase of a flat sold by Richard Harding. The process took some 7 months, not really due to any fault by Hardings. (Though it did take a couple of weeks after acceptance of our offer, to issue a formal memorandum of sale, necessary before the real process could begin). Through the very stressful delays, originating in title deeds not conforming with records at Land Registry, were not due to any failings by the Agent, we were not properly kept informed of what the seller was doing to rectify the matter. We were left in the dark as to how the seller was progressing, with weeks and weeks passing without any update from the Agent. A live communication channel between buyer and seller seems to me to be the essence of a good agent, but was severely lacking in this case. It is firmly our view that the stress of this prolonged process was exacerbated by slack communications from the Agent.

GoogleI cannot speak highly enough of the team at Richard Harding. We sold our house very quickly (within a week!). The whole team came to look at the house so they were familiar with it and I really felt they were serious from the start - led by Peter Walker. The photos taken were exceptional and really helped showcase it on Rightmove. We were in a chain and towards the end it became quite stressful, but Tom West guided me through the process sensitively and kept me in the loop at all times. When we finally moved I felt so grateful for choosing them. Would recommend to anyone selling in Bristol.

Moving with a young family can feel overwhelming - like running a marathon with a sprint at the end! But over the past nine months, Ben and the entire team remained consistently engaged, supportive, and reassuring. I rarely leave Google reviews - in fact, this might be my first in 20 years! - but Emma and I felt compelled to highlight just how much we valued their work and effort.
