GooglePeter and the team at Richard Harding did a fantastic job in helping us navigate our sale and also securing our onwards purchase. The calibre of the team is excellent from Anne who showed us around our onwards purchase to Linda who kept our sale and purchase progressing with the solicitors. Richard Harding ensured the whole process was seamless and their operation is very impressive.

Every step was well organised and promptly executed, and there was constant communication about how things were going. They were able to find committed buyers at very short notice, and we were able to complete the sale smoothly and quickly. I'll be recommending them to friends and family without hesitation.

GoogleWe’ve been communicating with Chloe L’Anson from Richard Harding for a short period while we’ve been attempting to buy. Chloe has been responsive, helpful and courteous throughout. Just generally really nice to deal with. Although it didn’t work out for us this time (due to some timing issues on our side), we’ve appreciated the honesty and hope that we end up buying through RH this year.

GoogleFantastic service from the team at Richard Harding. This time I have experienced their high standards as a seller, having originally bought the flat from them some years ago. Tom West has been excellent in dealing with all the proceedings. Due to unforeseeable circumstances completion took a bit longer than anticipated. However, all throughout, Tom kept on top of any issues, communicating with both parties and keeping us updated on any developments. Toward the end, he proactively help solve a couple of hurdles quickly and efficiently so that the transaction went through smoothly as possible on completion day. I am very grateful for the extra effort from Tom, especially as I was selling remotely. I would highly recommend Richard Harding to anyone selling in Bristol and would use them again without question!

Particular thanks to Ben W who was involved in our case from valuation to completion, and is an incredibly knowledgeable and personable agent who gave us extremely helpful and balanced advice at every stage. Additionally, Peter W was extremely helpful to us through our purchase, and we will most certainly be using Richard Harding again when should we come to move again in future. Highly reccomend.

GoogleWe were originally looking for a 4 bed house then life plans changed and various major events happened, and instead we ended up buying a 1 bed flat. All the way through the 10 month process Richard HardIng were amazing, and it was definitely an added positive whenever we found that a house we liked the look of was on with them. Several Richard Harding agents showed us multiple properties, and each one of them treated us with not just courtesy and respect throughout, but also personal kindness and support. They were always completely honest too, treating us as their clients as much as the sellers, and never trying to pull the wool over our eyes about any potential negatives of the properties. We also appreciated the fact that they always made an huge effort to fit in viewings at times when we could get over to Bristol from the east of England. When we finally found the perfect place they made the actual process of buying as quick, straightforward and as low stress as possible. They even brought us a delicious cake (shout out to Divino in Clifton!) on the day we moved in. When/if we come to sell we will definitely choose them!

Peter Sharland and team have provided an exceptional service from our initial viewing through to completion, going above and behind with their efforts and communication across the chain. Although not my selling agents, they engaged significantly with my buyer side of the chance to help resolve the many challenges that arose, a really holistic approach to the e2e process. Richard Harding are in a different league to other agents and I would highly recommend them both buyer and seller side.

GooglePete Walker at Richard Harding absolutely brilliantly helped me negotiate what should have been a very easy 'chain' but which had a few interesting moments along the way. I felt utterly supported by him throughout the process and he also communicated brilliantly with all the other parties involved, having an excellent instinct as to when to chase things and when to leave things be for a few days. I originally tried to sell through another agent and that didn't go very well so I very much appreciated the professionalism, integrity and genuine interest in my sale that I received from Pete and the team. I wouldn't use any other estate agent in Bristol.
