I have just sold my property with roost , and I would highly recommend them to anybody that is selling there property, and would like a cheaper estate agent fee ,also I would give them 5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ For everything from start to finish,from valuing the property to photos to getting it on the market quickly , they even did me a 2 nd lot of photos for free when my tenants moved out and I redecorated and carpeted the property, the girls in the office always emailed me to tell me that there was going to be a viewing, and rang afterwards with the feed back . So thank you to all at roost estate agents Belinda Thomas 😊

Roost Estate agents assisted me in selling my house & overall did well. They were efficient & very friendly. Communication was ok but maybe could have been a little more proactive . Sometimes I had to make a call to see why things were delaying . I would rather such calls had been initiated by them. But overall a good & friendly service. My only criticism is the speed of putting up the ‘Sold’ notice board. I feel it was done a little prematurely , before things were actually finalised & then seemed to be there for ages & it kept falling over which proved to be a real nuisance. But generally a good service & I would recommend this estate agents to others.

Don't reply to the offer that you make, after trying to call many time, the reply was rude, I definitely understand that business is business but some diplomatie wouldn't hurt at all towards the client ! Roost sold our house and we paid the fixed fee on completion. Professional photographer, helpful updates, friendly team, they did all our viewings and got us moved in just 12 weeks. A great service at a much better price! Ellie in particular was brilliant, always answering emails swiftly and chasing up the chain. Would definitely use Roost again.

I had a bad experience with Roost, I got accepted on a house which I was so excited about it was over a bank holiday weekend and we sent in all the paper work ASAP so I could secure it all. I found out the next day the seller may go with anothet buyer, when we tried to get information and update from the Roost they started to ignore me and my Morgage advisor I had to find out days later from the seller contacting me personally that they didn't go with me which they assumed Roost did. I found this very unprofessional and an extreamily upsetting time.
