GoogleFantastic service from the team at Joy Walkers. Right from the off they gave great advice on how we could get the best price for our house and what we should list it for. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always available when needed and provided useful updates along the way. Really easy process and took the stress away from the whole process. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Always helpful with advice and keeping their client up to date with the current position of their house sale. Can't fault them and they even managed to sell my house within 20 mins!!! GoogleHow refreshing to meet an estate Agency as professional as Joy Walker Estate Agency. I have recently been looking for a property in the Cleethorpes area and of all the Agents I went to this was the only one who I felt really were on the ball and cared. I went into a couple who couldn't even be bothered to give me details of what they had for sale, others just did the basics with no real effort. The staff at Joy Walker's were always polite and interested to try and sell me a suitable property. They followed up on my viewings and discussed the reasons for not being suitable so would be able to go back to their vendors with useful information. I am still waiting for a call on one of the properties I viewed. Sadly in the end I have agreed to purchase a property from another agent purely because Joy Walker didn't have it on their books. Despite that I still wanted to comment on the excellent service I received from them which was polite, professional and interested, if only I could say that about most of the other agents, but sadly I can't.

Their levels of service, communications, and advice from initial valuation and sale were outstanding and have restored my faith in Estate Agents. Whilst I have considered selling property myself in the past, I would not want the hassle the fee paid was good value for money.
