GoogleI care for a lady that rented a house from crofts for 3 years, they were the worst estate agents so far, didn't do repairs, because they couldn't get InTouch with the owner, the house was very damp, very cold, unsafe carpets on stairs, leaking sink for 3 years, and lot more, they never got back to Amanda, untill she handed in her notice, then 15 people came to look at the house in a week, says how bad it was no one wanted it, wouldn't let her decorate, the house was a mess for previous tenants, but when Amanda moved out they want her to pay for redecorating, they never told us they had keys back nor about the issue they reckon there was, we had the house professional cleaned, they just let Amanda wait, we are seeking legal services to take crofts (Gary) and the owner to court, there an absolute joke, stay away don't rent they don't do anything

GoogleThought I got a house and paid deposit next I heard was does your partner work I told them we was on joint claim so obviously not then said that there taking some of my money even though they told me they would wait till I took my partners form in absolute joke!!!

Hi Sophie, sorry you feel let down on this occasion, but your application unfortunately failed, we did on your behalf speak to the landlord but he further declined your application. We have not withheld the full referencing fee and in fact have fully refunded your partners and the majority of your own, even though we were entitled to keep your full fee . Unlike stated you have not paid a deposit and this was only the referencing fee, deposits are not taken until successful application. We appreciate all constructive feedback and hope you have received the message that your money is waiting for you within our offices which we left the day prior to this review.

GoogleHad our house inspection today, lissy has been coming to our home every 6 months doing our inspections for over 4 years. She is always very chatty, very professional and always puts our thoughts and feelings into account when/if we have any problems with the property. We feel happy and comfortable having lissy do our inspections. Thank you :)

GoogleI have my rental through Crofts and so far I'm extremely pleased with the help and service offered. Lissy Lynch who does our inspections has been nothing but attentive, friendly and helpful. It is an absolute pleasure to have her come round. The staff are an absolute credit to the company.

GoogleI would not recommend this agent to any tenants... I was in a flat in Grimsby under Crofts... property handed over to me with unclean state... I myself cleaned washing machine and cooker bathroom etc... I kept flat clean and tidy and handed over in good condition.. thr man called David in Crofts deducted good amount of money from my deposit just showing pics of minor wear and tears most of which already exist when I moved in... very dissapointed about their act which was very unfair and disgusting... never recommend to anyone....

GoogleCrofts were our sellers estate agents we had purple bricks for our sale. I can honestly say that Guy Moore at Crofts went above and beyond his call of duty. He kept us informed all along, through all the hiccups (and we had a few!) Purple bricks! We didn't hear from once, once the house was sold, not even to tell us what to do with our keys on the day of removal. Anyone selling your house I recommend Crofts as 5 star +

GoogleMy son has just purchased a property through Crofts and I have mostly dealt with the sale whilst he's been away. We had a 5" experience with them and would definitely recommend them. A special mention goes to Hannah, who dealt with us through the process. She was always bubbly, polite and informative, keeping us up to date regularly. Thanks to all concerned 😁

GoogleCrofts is a good estate agents , just had my inspection Done snd lissy is amazing she makes you feel at ease whilst looking around your house and taking photos , she doesn't make you feel uncomfortable she makes you feel calm and I always have anxiety over inspections so it helps alot

GoogleBe careful, the tory mp vickers is at this address. He is a rude and annoying mp. All he cares about is high public issues. Not the real ones like poverty, ect. Time he went and let a youngr person stand.

GoogleJust had our 6 monthy inspection with Lissy again and as always it was done with such professionalism and friendliness. She always listens and notes any concerns or actions which are needed. Having used several different estate agents in the past I can honestly say that Crofts are by far the best!
