FacebookMajor shout out to fatima at h2holmes!! Sold a house with fatima, absaloutly amazing service from the second i spoke with her to the very end. It was sold so quickly within the very short estimated time scale she told me it was going to be and it was a week quicker. i could not be happier and also got me more than i was expecting!! defo recommend to anyone buying or selling a house ❤❤

GoogleI have been a tenant for a few years now. The house is great and the location for the kids schools works well, One side which H2Homes fall down on is looking after the tenants when a issues/problem with the property - last year we has to wait 6 week for a new cooker to be replaced, Fatima & H2home are very slow, non responsive, don't reply to message left with the office. You have to keep chasing them to find out what is going on. as long as you are paying the rent they don't care or have any interested in the tenants. We are a family with 4 children. Again now we have a problem with the boiler not working, Logged the fault with the office, next day got a call back - someone will be over after 3pm to look at the fault (heating not working no fire again 4 children in the house) 3 days later around 4pm someone come to look at the boiler. got it going but he needs to order new part - 4 days waiting again and nothing from H2Home no update or phone - I will have to ring the office again to chase what is going on? I hope no other tenants with H2homes are having this service. Maybe its just me and my family they have a problem with??NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleI've had a great experience with H2Homes, and especially with Leah who has been super friendly and helpful throughout the entire process, even after I changed my mind about the property I had applied for. I would recommend this company to anyone as they put my mind at ease, and everyone I have dealt with has been very friendly and approachable. GoogleFab estate agents! I have now been renting my property for nearly 2 months now and so far so good. Any issues are sorted within 2 days of raising the issue. The house I'm in is great and myself and family are very happy and settled here. When viewing the property, the lady who showed us around was very chatty and informative. During the checks, everyone were communicating with myself and my partner and within a week or so we were moving in. Best estate agents I've ever been with.

Facebooknever get back to you on lettings after ringing 3 or 4 times and they just say the person you are after is in a meeting and we'll give you a call back as soon as they are available, but never do which is very rude!
Found out the reason why we didn't get a call back on a certain property. It turns out that they gave it to a friend of a person who works at H2Homes without even viewing it or put the application in. So as everyone can see how unprofessional this place is. Highly NOT recommended to use H2Homes!

GoogleGreedy company poor telephone manner. Despite the fact that they are getting paid for their services they still try to constrain/tie you in to a contract indefinitely, as long as the tenants are in your property. Therefore this does not give you the opportunity to move forward and manage the property yourself if you wish to do so, Or let another agent deal with it if you prefer. Absolutely ridiculous!

I truly believed that selling my house (Accrington) would be a long drawn out process. Recieving a recommendation I contacted H2Homes. They arranged multiple viewings in the first week. And more the week after. I am so happy that I chose a local, independent agent to help. Do not go anywhere else. Richard

GoogleI rent a shop from H2homes and would like to say that I have always found them to be both professional and friendly in their approach. Each time that I speak to Fatima she is lovely and can't do enough to help make my rental as easy as possible. If I was not a home owner I would definitely rent a home from her, I've delt with a few landlords over the years but nobody and I mean nobody compares to Fatima. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to rent a property.

FacebookThankyou for everything you have done to make it so easy for me to move forward with regards to my property. After 2 very unhappy experiences with 2 different agents I was going to call it a day on renting properties. Then Fatimah came along and went above and beyond the call of duty to help me and make everything run smoothly. She does everything and much more to help me and manage to get all my outstanding payments back from my previous estate agent which I thought was nigh on impossible. wow she treats all properties like they were her own in terms of the amount of time and effort she puts into each and every client. Can't thank you enough Fatimah.

FacebookI haven't had the pleasure of meeting Fatima face to face. Fatima called our company today where I work as a customer adviser nothing too glamorous I just talk boilers all day.!!! Anyway as I was saying Fatima called and we got chatting about what she does for a living. What a lovely caring lady really sincere and passionate about what she does. GoogleThe absolute worst of the worst. If your house is mouldy, damp and in disrepair they will not come and sort it. I know someone very close who has had a terrible experience with them. I strongly do not recommend H2Homes!
