I agree with everyone else who has left a review that Fatima is friendly and professional, but so are most letting agents. The difference is that Fatima is also proactive - she gets involved and sorts out the problems that other agents just pass back to the landlord. She always goes above and beyond what might be expected. We have a number of properties and have moved them all to Fatima at H2Homes as the opportunity presented. The tenants she has found for us have all been excellent and actually pay their rent - no mean feat for the areas where we have properties. I can't recommend Fatima and H2Homes highly enough

I shared that I was a victim of domestic abuse and was at risk of homelessmess. I viewed a property which was ok asked for it, said I'd take it straight away and pay what needed. Never sent me papers gave it someone else that viewed after me. After reading reviews. Seams the good ones are fake and I've had a lucky escape

She showed me around the property, and I was very impressed, and told her id have it... Top notch service all round. I asked this company to let my home as I was planning to work away. Shortly afterwards, my plans changed - (3 weeks) just as they found a long term tenant to occupy my property. Unfortunatly, I had to decline the arrangement. I went on to change my plans again, and asked them to look to put in own the market to sell. Then I got offered a job in the North West and so - changed my plans again. Throughout this entire process - me basically messing this Agent around (spanning 6 months) - in all communication and by all members of their staff, I was consistently met with understanding, courtesy and helpfulness. Mind blowingly good company. I cannot recommend this company enough as I have been treated so well despite my ever changing priorities. I will not hesitate to adopt their amazing customer service in the future. And yes, needles to say, really nice people.

Rented with H2Homes for over a year. They’re very slow at getting back to you and fixing any issues, they have no emergency line and you can never get a hold of Fatima. They left me and my daughter in a house filled with bad mould issues and damp and serious wood rot in my daughters bedroom. I reported a leak with the bath in the home and they left us without a working bath for a month. I had to personally contact the landlord and tell him the issues as I could not get in touch with Fatima which he said he had no idea about the problems and was ashamed with how we was being treated, as soon as I did she got in touch straight away she was being quite rude over texts, over the fact I messaged the landlord. I would not recommend h2homes to anyone.

I purchased 2 properties from Fatima after being introduced to her by a close friend who swore by her services. She guided me from start to finish on both purchases, leaving no stone unturned and made the whole process less nerve racking as I am new to property investment.
