GoogleSuch a Lovely Company, Friendly staff from the get go and guided us through the process of renting our first home together as a couple, We moved in after paying the rent and deposit, the house is lovely had a couple of minor issues but they got dealt with swiftly and itβs all running smoothly now, I would highly recommend them, a fast easy yet professional process with a friendly service Especially Theresa 5/5 stars βοΈ

GoogleI have been letting my property through H2homes since April 2025 and I have had nothing but positive things to say about the staff especially Theresa! Every single issue I've had with my apartment it has been reported and fixed in the same day! I would highly recommend using H2Homes!

GoogleH2Home seem to be more focused on taking money than properly managing the property. I have reported several jobs that need doing at the house I rent, and each time I call, Iβm told that the landlord will be informed. Clearly, this does not appear to be happening. The landlord agreement states that inspections will be carried out, yet no inspection has taken place. This has been very frustrating, and I would expect better communication and follow-up regarding maintenance issues.

GoogleI cannot put into words how completely shocked I have been with the compassion, understanding and total dedication to helping a tenant in need Fatima has been. She has gone above and beyond to help me and my foster son out. You always hear the negative side of landlords but H2homes have to be up there in the top ten of caring, professional, honest and transparent companies. Fatima you are a rare diamond, thank you from the bottom of my heart π©·

GoogleH2homes was perfect at the beginning of my rental, couldn't fault them. During my tenancy there was a change in estate agents and my deposit was held with h2homes. Due to a bereavement the new estate agents allowed compassionate release from the tenancy as i had to move back to my family home. I requested my deposit back and they rejected and due to a fault of my own i made a mistake in disputing it, i was not in the correct headspace. I've contacted H2homes numerous times and have been ignoring me, they will not return my deposit and they have no reason to keep it.

GoogleI would recommend h2homes! We had purchased a property and had got help from Fatima. Every time we had a enquiry she had helped us and made the process alot easier, communication skills were great π and was with us every step of the way. When we had received keys she was ever so welcoming. Thankyou Fatima. Would definitely recommend and will be coming back in the future.

GoogleHad a great experience with H2 Homes, from viewing the house to getting my keys. Teresa was great and always kept in contact with me throughout the process and any questions I had were sorted straightaway. All staff were polite when I called.

GoogleGive one star, so I can leave a review, but honestly, H2Homes are a nightmare to deal with. The tenant destroyed my property smash two windows, doors were damage, and no rent was paid. I spoke to Fatima and the team who are completely unhelpful and a waste of time. I will definitely not use H2Homes again. Avoid all costs.

She explained the rental process clearly, arranged viewings quickly, and ensured all paperwork was done properly. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience. If anyone wanta to get a property or help. GoogleI am going to assume all the GOOD reviews are fake as i have had multiple people where i stay, complain about Fatima. I would advise ANYBODY against using these guys, terrible service. Multiple lies, and i am getting kicked out of my flat because a few days ago Fatima was very rude on the phone, and i complained

GoogleMyself and my partner have dealt with Fatima over the passed few years with rental properties but this was my first sale. Managed to get a buyer within 24hrs of it going on the market. Fatima is always on hand to answer any queries and nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommend and a pleasure to do business with. I wouldnβt use anyone else and will continue to do business in the future π

GoogleMy experience was not positive. I felt that there was a strong emphasis on taking payment rather than offering clear guidance or support. Communication could have been much better, and I would advise others to ask detailed questions about fees upfront. Had you give one star to leave a review.

FacebookI have been renting a property through H2Homes since 3rd April and I have had nothing but good experiences, especially with Theresa who has always had brilliant customer service and is never to busy to listen to any queries I may have! If I have ever had to log a maintenance issue I have always had a contractor out within 24 hours which I never had with any other landlord or estate agent! I would 100% recommend renting through H2Homes.

GoogleAmazing customer service from start to finish helped me sell my home within a a few days being online and helped purchase my new home! They pushed the sale with solicitors ect and it was done faster than I expected as they new I had been messed about by a DIFFERENT ESTATE AGENTS and FALSE BUYER for 3 months. I wouldnβt go anywhere else if I was to sell,buy or let another house I will 100% be using h2 homes and recommending to all family,friends and my customers to use. Great job ! Great communication ! GoogleOur experience with H2Homes was amazing! Having found a property via their web site, which the landlord decided to let out privately, Leah contacted us in relation to an alternative property, which based on our requirements was even more suitable. Communication was excellent and responsive from start to finish, the steps were clearly explained and the referencing was completed fluidly. Leah knew us by name when we made contact, and between her and Fatima, moved heaven and earth to allow us access to the property before Easter. Friendly, professional and accomodating I am truly stunned by the level of customer service and our overall experience. Having dealt with a multitude of former letting agents, I can honestly say this was a truly enjoyable experience which meant the only thing we had to be stressed about was the move itself. GoogleI agree with everyone else who has left a review that Fatima is friendly and professional, but so are most letting agents. The difference is that Fatima is also proactive - she gets involved and sorts out the problems that other agents just pass back to the landlord. She always goes above and beyond what might be expected. We have a number of properties and have moved them all to Fatima at H2Homes as the opportunity presented. The tenants she has found for us have all been excellent and actually pay their rent - no mean feat for the areas where we have properties. I can't recommend Fatima and H2Homes highly enough

GoogleI shared that I was a victim of domestic abuse and was at risk of homelessmess. I viewed a property which was ok asked for it, said I'd take it straight away and pay what needed. Never sent me papers gave it someone else that viewed after me. After reading reviews. Seams the good ones are fake and I've had a lucky escape
