GoogleNew Oak Estates are just simply 'Outstanding!' We could not recommend Sharon and Paul enough, from initial enquiry to handing over keys, they handled everything with professionalism and efficiency. The customer service provided was superb, every phone call and email always having that personal touch, they really are best in class!

GoogleI spoke to a lady enquiring about property asking her few details and requesting her if she can pass my message on to a landlord. Her reply was “I AM NOT GONNA WASTE MY TIME” I just don’t understand How can someone who works for customer service can be so rude and mean when people are just trying to engage with the property management department…. Please change your staff as this is not the way to speak to anyone be professional.

The interest on rental properties is staggeringly high, we had received numerous applications and instructions from our landlord to proceed with their chosen tenant before you made calls and requested to view. Turning people down on an application and not allowing people to view a property is not an enjoyable part of our profession but is a necessary one. GoogleUnfair/biased application selection - I made an offer through New Oak for a property which I was told had been submitted to the client, I then received a phone call the next day after hearing nothing to be told that I was unsuccessful because another applicant had sent documents which were not listed as required. To make matters worse, I even had the document which was issued by the other party, had I have been told I would have issued this document at the start…
Hi Sam. We are really sorry that you recent experience has left you feeling this way. To clarify the previously stated, the property that you were interested in took numerous viewings and seven offers over one weekend. All offers were submitted to both the vendor and the shared ownership company. The seller chose who they wanted to sell to and the shared ownership company added their input too. At no point was a decision made by us. We agree, that no request had been made for further documentation. The shared ownership company advised us to accept another offer. The fact that another individual had in fact taken the decision to provide additional information was seen by the shared ownership company as an advantage but not he whole reason to accept. Unfortunately the sellers can only sell to one person and on this occasion six people were unsuccessful in acquiring the property and numerous people did not get the chance to view. We wish you all the best in your property search.

GoogleHighly recommend New Oak Estates. We didn't use them for our sale but had signed with a big name high street agent originally, only to be messed around. I contacted New Oak for some advice, over the phone they were lovely - the advice given was brilliant and they did come around for another valuation. Unfortunately we are tied in with the estate agent we've chosen - our house has now sold but I do believe without some of the advice we had from New Oak we wouldn't have sold at all. They didn't have to do what they did but they really did help us out! Should we sell again, I would use these guys. Thanks!

GoogleI started looking for a house over 6 months ago and it had been a very long and hard journey. What made this easier is finding the house that New Oak were selling. The professionalism - and care - shown by Sharon was brilliant, and a nice surprise. She did exactly what she said she'd do when she said she'd do it and helped my purchase go through quickly. To find someone so reliable and trustworthy really made the process a lot easier than it had been. Her advice and knowledge really made (what had been up until that point) an arduous process, smoother! It’s an estate agents job to get as much detail as possible about your financial situation so that they can help find the most suitable property for you. New oaks estates haven’t even sold my house they have sold the house that I have recently bought and I can honestly say Sharon is a fantastic, lovely, helpful lady and has helped reassure me with everything even though she had no need too. GoogleOverall, I would not recommend New oak estate in Clay Cross to anyone looking to buy or sell property. Their lack of professionalism, poor communication, and dishonesty made the entire experience far more stressful than it needed to be. Save yourself the trouble and choose a more reliable and professional estate agent.

The house was on the market within one day of Paul coming to see it and every request or query I made was dealt with immediately without any fuss or issue. When the chain almost fell through, Sharon and Paul stepped up, kept everyone informed and made a challenging process a lot easier and dare I say pleasant. GoogleFelt incredibly judged getting a valuation. I was asked over the phone “why us?” then again on arrival which makes you feel your intentions are under question. I am a seller and they sell properties..? Pointers on how to improve my property came across as quite rude actually and not as constructive criticism which I expect to receive. Very disappointed, I would expect for my property to be discussed more respectfully for someone wanting commission from my sale.NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleNew Oak Estates were very thorough and conscientious when selling my home. Paul did the valuation and explained why he thought that was the ideal price and also showed me similar properties that had recently sold in the area. He was friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy. The house sold within a week. Sharon in the office was so efficient, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend New Oak Estates to anyone and would definitely use them again.
