I want to say a massive thank you to Emily for her incredible support throughout my house purchase with New Oak Estates. From start to finish, she was friendly, professional, and consistently responsive, always keeping me in the loop and chasing things up when needed, especially during frustrating delays caused by my solicitors. One thing I really appreciated was that Emily arranged an additional viewing for me closer to completion, which allowed me to properly plan ahead for my move. That small but thoughtful step made a huge difference, especially with how unpredictable the legal side had become. Emily was genuinely one of the few people who helped reduce the stress of the entire process. I always felt like I could rely on her to follow up, provide clear answers, and make sure I wasn’t left in the dark. If you’re buying through New Oak Estates, I highly recommend working with Emily, she’s a credit to the company and made a difficult process much smoother.

Unfortunately, I can’t give this agency 5 stars. At first, everything went smoothly, but later we felt there was a bit too much pressure on us as buyers, and even on our solicitors, which I found unnecessary. Some parts of the process simply take time, and estate agents should understand that. Because of this, the experience became more stressful than we had hoped, whereas buying a home should be an enjoyable experience for the buyer. That said, I do appreciate their quick responses to emails and the pleasant viewing experience, which is why I’m still giving a stars for their effort in those areas.

The probability as you are reading this review is you are either, selling, buying, renting, or letting a property and unsure as we were as to what to do putting your house on the market and more importantly which estate agent to put your trust with. We decided to get three quotes for selling our properties, we obtained quotes with two of the larger well known high street Estate Agents, and then opted for a local estate agent as we felt the latter would have a more in-depth knowledge of the area. We decided to go with New Oak Estates, and from the initially meeting, Paul and Sharon were so professional, extremely knowledgeable, and more importantly as we were selling two properties in different areas so willing to go the extra mile, our sales were complex and difficult with two chains to manage Sharon was absolutely amazing and a credit to New Oak Estates, a remarkable individual very amicable, approachable, so easy to talk to. We were updated weekly throughout the process and any questions answered in a timely manner, we received guidance, help and assistance throughout which for us being pensioners and selling a property was daunting , we can never thank Paul and Sharon enough for completing our sales and would highly recommend New Oak Estates to anyone wishing to use their services. Very good service from start to finish. Enthusiastic and very modern methods with drone picture and a photographic 360 degrees tour around the house. We sold the house the next day for very near the asking price. When solicitors etc were slow with sorting completion, the Estate agents were very good at chivvying along the various parties. Would thoroughly recommend.

Had a million issues on the sale of our house and purchase of our new home. Paul did a great job marketing the house (sold in 2 days). Sharon is a legend among Estate Agents. If she doesn't get Agent of the year then there is no justice in the world. Straight to the point, pulled no punches and got the job done. Not only did she sort everything on the sale side (of which there was a hell of a lot!!) but also went out of her way to resolve various issues on our purchase (which was with a different agency), even whilst laid-up off work sick. We have no hesitation in recommending New Oak Estates if you are selling your house or buying one in their portfolio, they are bloody awesome.

Paul was very pleasant, and realistic about what to market my property at, and discussed the best strategy to sell. The pictures were great and very thorough. New Oak Estates firstly acted as agent when I became a landlord, finding tenants, acting on my behalf to resolve any issues. The company have then enabled me to sell the property in a matter of weeks and are helping me negotiate with another Estate Agent in order to buy another property. All communications are full , friendly, timely and the company has been easy to work with making my rental then sale and purchase relatively stress-free. It is a small company who treat you as an individual and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
