GoogleI attended a viewing for one of their properties and was given an application form to fill in and hand back to their office in Clarkston. I asked if we could send this by email but was told no, needs to be handed in person. I was also told, on that day, that they were conducting another block viewing on Sunday and they would then gather everybody's application and send it to the Landlord who would be making the final decision. Before we had time to hand in our applications as we don't stay close to the Office, I got a phone call in less than 24 hours, to tell me that the property I had seen had gone under offer. I was shocked at what I was hearing and tried to explain what the agent who had conducted the viewing told us and the only come back I got was 'Sorry'. They lied to our faces and I honestly believe a person had already been picked prior to the viewing, so it was all just a waste of time and hope. We're truly disappointed as we feel like we weren't even given the chance. I really hope that not only my experience will help new tenants stay away from this agency but also potential new Landlords as this is clearly no way to treat people who are looking for their home.

GoogleExcellent service from start to finish with the Clarkston branch. Greg, Kay and the rest of the team were always on hand to help with any questions we had. From start to finish, Clyde far exceeded the services pitched by other local agents. We'd never sold a house before and they supported us through the marketing and sale with ease. Our house was sold in 9 days and achieved over 20 viewings. Absolutely put this down to the quality of the marketing materials produced by Clyde. Possibly the best evidence of a job well done is that our next door neighbour is now selling through them.

I received really good guidance on pricing and assessing offers and it achieved a great outcome. I am also blown away by how paperless the process was due to Clyde Property's systems. I feel this is the best estate agency experience I have had in many years of house buying and selling.

GoogleFrom the first phone call Clyde were obviously a different league to other estate agents. They responded quickly, did everything they said on time and kept me up to date. Their terms were straightforward and negotiable.The on-line account made everything related to the sale easy to see and keep up to date. Photography and video were very professionally done. Everyone I talked with in the office had access to all the information and they all had the same enthusiasm and professionalism. They handled all the viewings and at the end got a very good result. Can't fault them at all.

GoogleI rented a flat through Clyde Property for 10 months and was very impressed with their professionalism and service. The flat was in excellent condition when we moved in and nothing was ever a hassle. I had to relocate prior to the end of my tenancy but Clyde Property were very understanding and accommodating throughout this process. I have used several letting agencies in Glasgow over the years but Clyde Property were the best.

GoogleA letting agent with no respect for tenants or Scottish law. Disgraceful that they believe they can collect their cut of the rent month after month without investing what is needed to being their homes up to the standard required under the Housing act. We had access to the site and could see what viewings had been booked in and the comments received which meant we were fully up to date with what was happening. The staff were very friendly and available to answer any queries. Would not hesitate to recommend Clyde Property to family and friends.
